A Study of The State and Operations of the Dual vocational Fraining ( D.V.T ) in The Educational Institutions under the Jurisdictions of Department of Vocational Education in Northeast Regin 4, RoiET Province
Abstract:
This purposes of this research were to study and compare the opinion of monitoring teachers, enterprise owners. And students toward the state and operation of the Dual Vocational Training (D.V.T.) in the Educational. In the Educational. A Sample for this study consisted of 481 monitoring teachers, enterprise owners and students. The instrument used together the data was a questionnaire which was a reliability at 0.95 The data were analyzed by using the percentage, the mean, the standard deviation and the F-test
The results of this study were as follows:
The state of operation in an aspect of policy and operation planning was at the high level with an average point of 3.58. An aspect of students admission was at the medium level with an average point of 3.50. An aspect of learning and teaching and teaching co-operation was at the medium level with an average point of 3.42. An aspect of learning evaluation was at the medium level with an average point of 3.42. and an aspect of status change from training students of enterprise employees was at the medium level with an average point of 3.41.
The comparison analysis of the state and operations based on the opinions of monitoring teachers, enterprise owners and students showed that there were not in significant statistic differences for 2 individual aspects such as policy and operation planning and students admission. There were significant statistic differences at the 0.05 level for 3 individual aspects such as learning and teaching co-operation, learning evaluation and status change from training students to enterprise employees.
