Abstract:
The objectives of this survey study were 1) to investigate the level of the peoples satisfaction towards services provided by Sanam Chan Sub-district Administration Organization, 2) to compare the peoples satisfaction regarding to their personal factors, and 3) to explore suggestions of the people on the services provided by Sanam Chan Sub-district Administration Organization. The subjects were 339 residents of Sanam Chan Sub-district. The research instrument for collecting data was a constructed questionnaire. The data were analyzed by computer for percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation, and the hypotheses were tested with t-test and one-way ANOVA.
The findings showed that 1) the people who used services provided by Sanam Chan Sub-district Organization, in overall, had satisfaction on the services at a high level. Moreover, when each aspect of the satisfaction was analyzed individually, the findings showed the people had high levels of satisfaction in all aspects, namely, personality of officials who provided the services, procedures of the service provision, and places of the service provision. 2) The study of the peoples satisfaction according to their personal factors, revealed that the people who had different gender, age, educational level, occupation, and monthly income, had no different satisfaction on the services. 3) The people who used the services recommended improvement on cleanliness, enthusiasm, suggestion provision, and answering questions.
