Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ระดับบรรยากาศองค์การและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับบรรยากาศองค์การของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพและวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างในกลุ่มภาคกลาง สังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย คือ ข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในวิทยาลัยการอาชีพและวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างในกลุ่มภาคกลาง สังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา 31 แห่ง จำนวน 258 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายตามสัดส่วน จากประชากรโดยวิธีการคำนวณจากตารางของเครจ์ซีและมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหาร LBDQ (Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire) และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับบรรยากาศองค์การ ตามแนวคิดของฟอกซ์ และคณะ (Fox and others) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าทางสถิติ ร้อยละ (percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียรสัน (Pearson’ s product moment correlation coefficient) โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยการอาชีพและวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างในกลุ่มภาคกลาง สังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา มีพฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบด้านกิจสัมพันธ์สูง ด้านมิตรสัมพันธ์สูงจำนวน 15 แห่ง (ร้อยละ 48.39) 2. ระดับบรรยากาศองค์การของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพและวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างในกลุ่มภาคกลาง สังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับบรรยากาศองค์การของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพและวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างในกลุ่มภาคกลาง สังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา ในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 อยู่ในระดับกลาง (r = 0.68) The puposes of this research were to study the administrators’ leadership behavior, levels of the organizational climate, and the relationship between the administrators’ leadership behavior and the organizational climate of the central-region industrial and community colleges and polytechnic colleges under the Department of Vocational Education. The samples were 258 teachers in 31 central-region industrial and community colleges and polytechnic colleges under the Department of Vocational Education, randomly selected by s=using Krejcie and Morgan’s Table. The research instruments were Leader Behavior Description Questionnaires (LBDQ) and Organizational Climate Questionnaires, developed by fox and others. The data were statistically analyzed by using the SPSS for Windows Program for percentage, arithmetic means ( ), standard deviation (S.D.) , and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the research were as follows : 1. The administrators’ leadership behavior of the industrial and community colleges and polytechnic colleges under the Department of Vocational Education, in the central region, was at high levels in initiating structure and consideration styles (48 39 percent each). 2. The level of the organizational climate of the central – region industrial and community colleges and polytechnic colleges under the Department of Vocational Education was moderate. 3. The relationship between the administrators’ leadership behavior and the organizational climate of the central – region industrial and community colleges and polytechnic colleges under the Department of Vocational Education significantly correlated at .01 levels.
