Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานภาพเศรษฐกิจและสังคม และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ของสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอชนแดน จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 9 ตำบล รวม 237 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด และการทดสอบค่า t - test, ค่า F - test ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.05ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ส่วนใหญ่มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมเป็นอาชีพหลัก มีรายได้ในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ยต่อปี 86,061.81 บาท มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านบริหารมาก่อน ได้รับการฝึกอบรม เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มกิจกรรม ได้รับรู้ข่าวสาร มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ และมีความคาดหวังที่จะได้รับผลประโยชน์จากกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ทางด้านการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมให้ดีขึ้นสำหรับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญได้แก่ อายุ และความคาดหวังผลประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการมีส่วนร่วม ดังนั้น หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจึงควรแนะนำส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลที่มีอายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับทรัพยากรป่าไม้ให้มากขึ้น และให้สมาชิกทุกคนตระหนักในบทบาท หน้าที่ ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัยพากรป่าไม้อย่างจริงจังและต่อเนื่อง The objective of this study are aimed to determine socio-economics condition of Tambol Administration organization members and factors affecting of their participation in forest resource Conservation of Amphoe Chon Dan, Changwat Phetchabun. Questionniare was designed for interviewing 237 respondents. The employed statistical analysis methods were percent, mean, maximum, minimum, t-test, and F-test with. The given significance level is 0.05The study found that the most Tambol Administration Organization members were educated at primary school level, agriculture is their main occupation and their annual average income was 86,061.81 Baht. They had gained experience in administration before and used to attending the velated training courses and being the social group members. Moreover, they received the information and well understanding in forest resource conservation and expected to obtain the better environmental condition. Under the implementation of forest resource conservation programThe factors significantly affecting the participation in forest resource conservation were ages, and expected benefit to be obtained. Thus, the related agencies should formulate the extension programs for the members of Tambol Administration Organization under forty years old, inorder to provide the opportunity for learning, increasing understanding and cultusote their awaveness inorder to participate in forest resource conservation firmly and continuously.
