Abstract:
The purposes of the study was to 1) study the results of creative youth activities to develop expected leadership among high school students 2) compare the result s of expected leadership qualities before and after the experiment by using creative youth activities 3) compare the results of expected leadership qualities between the experimental group and the control group by divided research methodology to 3 steps according the objectives of the research. The samples were 40 youths aged between 15-18 years old, 20 were in the experimental group and 20 were in the controlled group. The data were analyzed by using pre-post-test process. Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and t-test. The research finding were 1) The 8 expected leadership qualities which are having self esteem, having self development initiation, having social responsibility, having high moral, being able to understand themselves and others 2)This research was composed of 8 activities which are Group activity, Neohumanism activity, Self mirror game(a part of self understanding activity ) Genius creative activity, Clean life with veggie activity, Social activity ,Power of taking care of one another activity, Power of creative activity 3)Creative youth activities have influenced toward expected leadership qualities motivation among experimental groups which effected their knowledge, attitude and behavior in a high level
