Abstract:
The research aims to indicate the organization structure of T-Channel Lookthung Station, structure of program content and to understand the organization structure and factors affecting the program content. Qualitative method is employed as well as organization and media structure theory, marketing theory, and TV program planning theory for the conceptual framework. The findings of research show that the structure of T-Channel Lookthung Station is the one business unit of Media of Medias Public Company Limited. By the way, the structure of organization that most powerful in TV program and content direction setting is Sale and Marketing Department. Audiences, sponsors or advertisers are also the main factors affecting the program content. The program content of T-Channel Lookthung Station is based on Lookthung Music through the live program which is according to the identity of Thai traditional channel and positioning of Lookthung TV Station.
