Abstract: วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบงานขายสินค้า ของธุรกิจแปรรูปเหล็กด้วยระบบพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยใช้กระบวนการขายและข้อมูลจากบริษัท บางกอกคอยล์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด เป็นกรณีศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาทฤษฎี พาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เหมืองข้อมูล วงจรการพัฒนาระบบ ระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูล การออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ รวมถึงได้ศึกษาขั้นตอนของงานขายสินค้าของธุรกิจแปรรูปเหล็ก และเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ของงานขายสินค้า ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบงานหลักๆ ได้ดังนี้ การจัดการข้อมูลพื้นฐาน การลงทะเบียนลูกค้า การรับรายการสั่งซื้อสินค้าของลูกค้า การตรวจสอบรายการสั่งซื้อสินค้าของลูกค้า การสอบถามสถานะสินค้าที่สั่งซื้อ การเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการสั่งซื้อสินค้า การยกเลิกรายการสั่งซื้อสินค้า การสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบจากผู้จัดจำหน่าย การแสดงรายงานสรุปและรายงานวิเคราะห์ต่างๆ ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาระบบโดยใช้การออกแบบฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ ของไมโครซอฟท์เอสคิวแอลเซิร์ฟเวอร์ 2000 ในการจัดเก็บและเข้าถึงข้อมูล รวมถึงได้ใช้ไมโครซอฟท์วิชวลเบสิก 6.0 และไมโครซอฟท์วิชวลอินเทอร์เดบ 6.0 เป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม โดยที่โปรแกรมทั้งหมด ทำงานภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดวส์ หลังจากพัฒนาระบบเป็นที่เรียบร้อย ผู้วิจัยได้ทดสอบการทำงานของระบบและพบว่า ระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อธุรกิจแปรรูปเหล็ก และธุรกิจที่มีลักษณะการขายคล้ายคลึงกัน รวมทั้งเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในงานขายสินค้า และช่วยทำให้การดำเนินงานของลูกค้าและแผนกต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้รับความสะดวก รวดเร็วและถูกต้อง

Abstract: To analyze, design and develop a sales system for steel processing business with electronic commerce system. Sale process and data from Bangkok Coil Center Company Limited are used as a case study. Researcher studies the theory of electronic commerce, data mining, system development life cycle, database management, design and development of web application. This research also investigates the sales system for steel processing business and condition of sales system. Researcher analyzed and designed the system which were master data maintenance, customer registration, customer ordering, customer order verification, order status inquiry, order changing, order canceling, raw materials purchasing and summary and analytical report system. Researcher developed the system based on the relational data model using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for data storing and manipulating. Researcher used Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Visual Interdev 6.0 for application development tools. The developed system is Windows-based system compatible. After the completion of system development, researcher tested the system and found that it achieved the system objectives. This research will be signifacantly useful for steel processing business and other similar business. It can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales system, and it also helps to facilitate working process for customers and relevant departments so as to gain convenience, acceleration and accuracy
