Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาศิลปศึกษา ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในโรงเรียนโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถามกับครูผู้สอนวิชาศิลปศึกษาจำนวน 61 คน และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบปลายเปิดกับปราชญ์ท้องถิ่นจำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยได้พบว่า ครูผู้สอนวิชาศิลปศึกษาเห็นด้วยมากเกี่ยวกับการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาศิลปศึกษา ในทุกด้าน คือ ด้านจุดมุ่งหมายในการสอน ด้านเนื้อหาวิชาที่สอน ด้านกิจกรรมและประสบการณ์ในการเรียนรู้ ด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ในการเรียนและการสอน และด้านการประเมินผล แนวคิดของปราชญ์ท้องถิ่นในการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาศิลปศึกษา มีดังนี้ คือ 1. ด้านจุดมุ่งหมายในการสอน ควรเน้นเรื่องความรู้เกี่ยวกับประวัติความเป็นมาของศิลปะท้องถิ่น และการสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะท้องถิ่น2. ด้านเนื้อหาวิชาที่สอน ควรเน้นเรื่องของการบูรณาการคุณธรรม จริยธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนากับคุณค่าของศิลปะท้องถิ่นที่มีต่อการดำรงชีวิต3. ด้านกิจกรรมและประสบการณ์ในการเรียนรู้ ควรเน้นในเรื่องความซาบซึ้งในศิลปะท้องถิ่น และการมีประสบการณ์ในการสร้างสรรค์ศิลปะท้องถิ่น 4. ด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ในการเรียนและการสอน ควรเน้นเรื่องการใช้วัสดุที่หาได้จากท้องถิ่น5. ด้านการประเมินผล ควรใช้วิธีการสังเกตและการมอบหมายการสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะท้องถิ่น

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the application of local wisdom to instructional organization of art education at the lower secondary education level in schools under the expansion of education Changwat Ubon ratchathani. The research instrument was questionnaire which gathered from 61 art teachers and the open interview form which interviewed the 5 local scholars. The collected data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.The research findings were that : the art teachers strongly agreed with the application of local wisdom to instructional organization of art education in all these aspects ; the aspect of objective, content, activity and learning experience, media and instructional materials, and evaluation.The opinion of local scholars in the application of local wisdom to instructional organization of art education were as followings:1. In the aspect of teaching and learning objective, it should emphasize the knowledge of local art history and the creative local art. 2. In the aspect of course content, it should emphasize the intergration of virture and ethics from buddhism and the values of local art to the functional living.3. In the aspect of activity and learning experience, the students should be emphasized on developping their appreciation in local art and should be experienced in creating local art.4. In the aspect of media and instructional materails, it should emphasize in using the materails found in local area.5. In the aspect of evaluation, the evaluation technique should be the observations and local art creation assignment
