Abstract:
Viriyah is a leading automobile group company. Major cause of its successful is
according to a dealer of Chevrolet. Currently Viriyah group Company has 3 branches in
Bangkok. The branches are majority led by one management team. The organization is
centralized controlling under same policies and standardize.
The Vehicle Management System was considered for supporting future business
activities, solving current operational problems as well as facilitating working process for
sales staff, accounting staff and management team. Staffs are able to monitor more
efficiently a day-to-day operation of car reservation, selling, delivery, purchasing,
transferring and documents approval process via the Internet through online web-based
application on shared database. It also ensured that the management controlling and
branches coordination could be done through the system with the right quality,
accuracy and clearness.
The Vehicle Management System is an extra channel for effective
communication between branches. It allows you to enjoy the systems rapidness as well
as time and cost reduction in finding information. In addition, improvement of the whole
working system at present directly influences the business performance and potentiality
of the company. Moreover, the system will enable the company to keep pace up with
rapid technology development and enhance the most competitive edge among players
in the market at the same time.
