Abstract: โครงงานฉบับนี้พัฒนาเพื่อใช้ในการจัดเก็บข่าวไอที และความรู้ด้านไอทีที่มีอยู่ในข่าวไอทีโดยอาศัยแนวความคิดด้านการสกัดสารสนเทศ (Information Extraction) การจัดการความรู้ (Knowledge Management) และระบบอิงฐานความรู้ (Knowledge Base System) ระบบรับข่าวไอทีจากผู้ใช้งานแล้วจัดเก็บในฐานข้อมูล และสามารถค้นคืนได้โดยกลไกของระบบ ผู้ใช้สามารถรับได้โดยตรงโดยไม่ต้องอ่านข่าวเต็มทั้งหมด ในระบบนี้จึงเป็นการพัฒนาขั้นตอนในการสกัดความรู็ออกมาแสดงผล โดยการกําหนดเทมเพลตที่สามารถใช้ได้กับข่าวไอทีและกําหนดให้โปรแกรมเปรียบเทียบข่าวไอทีกับเทมเพลตนี้ เมื่อตรงกันก็ให้สกัดข่าวที่ได้รับมาเก็บไว้วิธีนี้พิสูจน์แล้วว่าง่ายต่อการใช้งาน และได้รับความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้ระบบ จากสรุปผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน การออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบเป็นการพัฒนาในรูปแบบเว็บ โดยภาษาพีเอชพี (PHP) ใช็สถาปัตยกรรมแบบไคลเอนต็/เซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Client/Server) มีโปรแกรมอาปาเช่ (Apache) ทําหน้าที่ เป็นเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Web Server) และใช้ระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล (MySQL) บนระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดว์ 2000 เซิร์ฟเวอร์(Windows 2000 Server) คําเฉพาะ : การสกัดความรู้, การสกัดสารสนเทศ, เทมเพลตมายนิ่ง, ฐานข้อมูลข่าวไอที

Abstract: This project is developed to collect IT News and knowledge about IT which is contained in the IT News. The system is created upon the concept of Information Extraction, Knowledge Management and Knowledge Base System. This system is designed and developed based on the Internet Technology implement in PHP language, using Client/Server architecture with Apache Web Server and MySQL database management system on the Windows 2000 Server. The system is able to accept IT news from users. These news are kept in the database and can be retrieved using the mechanism provided in the system. The technique used in this project is template mining. That is, a template for extracting knowledge from the given news is created and is used in extracting knowledge in to the database. The user can choose to obtain the knowledge from the system directly instead of the full text news.
