Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ของตำรวจชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์ สังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดนครปฐม ตามความคิดเห็นของตำรวจ ชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์ และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของตำรวจชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์ และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามสภาพ ความเป็นจริงและตามความคาดหวัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและผู้ช่วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 465 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 257 โรงเรียน และตำรวจชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์ สังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 30 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 132 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ของตำรวจชุดปฏิบัติการ ชุมชนสัมพันธ์ สังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดนครปฐม ตามสภาพความเป็นจริงและตามความคาดหวัง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t test)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ของตำรวจ ชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์ สังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดนครปฐม ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของตำรวจ ชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์ ตามสภาพความเป็นจริงอยู่ในระดับน้อย ส่วนตามความคาดหวังอยู่ในระดับมาก เว้นแต่ขั้นตอนการติดตามประเมินผลและปรับปรุงแก้ไข อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ เมื่อพิจารณากิจกรรมการปฏิบัติงานของตำรวจชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์ในแต่ละขั้นตอนสภาพ ตาม ความเป็นจริงก็อยู่ในระดับน้อย และตามความคาดหวังจะอยู่ในระดับมาก เช่นกัน ผลเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ของตำรวจชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์
สังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดนครปฐม ทั้งตามสภาพความเป็นจริงและตามความคาดหวัง ระหว่าง ความคิดเห็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับตำรวจชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์ ในภาพรวมไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ของตำรวจชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์ สังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดนครปฐม ระหว่าง สภาพความเป็นจริงกับความคาดหวัง ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการศึกษา ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ของตำรวจชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชนสัมพันธ์ สังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดนครปฐม ระหว่างสภาพความเป็นจริงกับความคาดหวัง ตามความคิดเห็นของตำรวจชุดปฏิบัติการชุมชน สัมพันธ์ มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีความคาดหวังสูงกว่าสภาพ ความเป็นจริง
The purposes of this study were to investigate the levels of the Nakhon Pathom
community relational polices participation in the primary school management according to their own perception and the school administrators perception, and to compare both parties perception about the polices participation in the actual situations and the expected situations. The samples consisted of 465 administrators and assistant administrators from 257 primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Nakhon Pathom Provincial Primary Education, and 30 community relational police in Nakhon Pathom, randomized from the 132 population. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed to investigate the samples perception of the community relational polices participation in the primary school management in the actual situations and the expected situations. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were percentage, arithmetic mean ( ), standard deviations (S.D.), and t-test.
The research findings showed the Nakhon Pathom community relational polices participation in the school management were at the low levels in the real situations in all aspects, but were at the high levels in the expected situations, except the perception of the follow-up, evaluation and improvement aspects were at the moderate levels. Additionally, the Nakhon Pathom community relational polices activities in their participation in primary school management were also perceived at the low levels in the real situations, but the expected activities were perceived at the high levels.
As for the findings of the comparisons of the perception of the Nakhon Pathom community relational polices participation in the school management between the community relational police themselves and the primary school administrators, there were no significant differences in the community relational polices participation neither in the real situations nor the expected situations at the .05 levels. Also, there were no significant differences between the community relational polices and the school administrators perception in the polices participation in the real situations and the expected situations at the .05 levels. On the contrary, there were significant differences between the polices participation in the primary school activities in the real situations and the expected situations at the .05 levels; the perception of the expected situations were higher than the perception of the real situations.
