Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียน ประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน ตำแหน่งของครูผู้สอน และอายุราชการของครูผู้สอน ปีการศึกษา 2553 กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 268 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ (Rating Scale) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.99 และใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน One-Way ANOVA และหาความทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการแบบ Least Significant Difference (LSD) Χ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บรรยากาศองค์การตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนโรงเรียน ประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมมีลักษณะบรรยากาศองค์การ เป็นแบบควบคุม และเมื่อทำการวิเคราะห์จำแนกแยกตามขนาดโรงเรียน ตำแหน่งครูผู้สอนและ อายุราชการ พบว่า ลักษณะบรรยากาศองค์การเป็นแบบควบคุมเช่นกัน 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบ บรรยากาศองค์การโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า มีมิติที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 คือ มิติขาดความสามัคคี มิติมิตรสัมพันธ์ มิติห่างเหิน มิติมุ่งผลงาน และมิติเป็นแบบอย่าง และ เมื่อจำแนกตามตำแหน่งของครูผู้สอนพบว่า มีมิติที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ มิติขาดความสามัคคี มิติขวัญ มิติมุ่งผลงาน มิติเป็นแบบอย่าง และมิติกรุณาปราณี และ เมื่อจำแนกตามอายุราชการของครูผู้สอนพบว่า มีมิติที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ มิติขาดความสามัคคี มิติมุ่งผลงาน และมิติเป็นแบบอย่าง

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the organizational climate of primary schools under the Office of Rayong Educational Service Area 1 categorized by the size of school, the teacher’s status and the working experience in the academic year of 2010. The samples were 268 teachers. The 4- rating scale questionnaires with reliability of.99 was the instrument for data collecting in the study. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean (Χ), standard deviation (S.D), t-test, and F-test (One-Way ANOVA) and Least Significant Difference (LSD) was used for pair comparison. The result of the study revealed that the organizational climate of primary schools under the Office of Rayong Educational Service Area 1 in the overall aspects was the controlled climate. Categorized by school’s size, teacher’s status and working experience, it was found that the organizational climate of primary schools was also the controlled climate. The comparison of the teachers’ opinions toward the organizational climate categorized by the school’s size found that there were significant difference in the aspect of disengagement, intimacy, aloofness, production emphasis and trust dimensions except the rest. The comparison of the teachers’ opinions toward the organizational climate categorized by the teacher’s status found that the aspect of disengagement, esprit, production emphasis, thrust and consideration dimensions were significant difference at 0.5 level except the rest aspect. The comparison of the teachers’ opinions toward the organizational climate categorized by working experience found that the aspect of disengagement, production emphasis and thrust dimensions were significant difference at 0.5 level except the rest aspect.
