Abstract:
The aims of this study were to examine the satisfaction and factors effecting to the
satisfaction of persons involved in justice process towards of the service of Chanthaburi Court.
The aims also were to examine the obstacle and the suggestion towards to the service of
Chanthaburi Court in order to adjust and improve the efficacy of service of Chanthaburi Court.
The participants were 300 persons involved in justice process towards to the service of
Chanthaburi Court. Data were collected by self rate questionnaires and in-dept interview. The
data were analyzed by percentage, arithmeticmean, standard deviation, independent t-test, One
Way ANOVA and scheffe method.
The results of the study were as follows : 1) The most of persons involved in justice
process were male, defendant or kinship of defendant, injured person, crime victim. The persons
involved in justice processs educational level below the bachelor degree. The type of case was
served were drug addict and information. 2) The overall of satisfaction of persons involved in
justice process towards to the service of Chanthaburi Court. demonstrated a low level. The persons
involved in justice process who has different education had statistically differentiate at.05 on the
satisfaction towards to the service of Chanthaburi Court 3) The factors effecting to the satisfaction
of persons involved in justice process towards to the service of Chanthaburi Court.. revealed that
the persons involved in justice process who has different sex has no statistically differentiate on the
satisfaction towards to the overall or subdomain of service of Chanthaburi Court 4) The persons
involved in justice processs first need for service of Chanthaburi Court was fast service. The
second need was the label of data for step of service.
