Abstract:
The purpose of this reseach is to study staffssatisfactory in Trat Provincial Public Health Organization of Trat Province Toward the networking administrative of public health. The sampling group composed with 245 people and data collection was done by the reacherers questionnaires. The realiability is 0.947 analysed by the percentage, means, S.D., F-test and t-test with statistical significant different at .05 level.
The result were found that 1) More than 50 pecentage of staff was female, with age ranging from 30-39 years and over 50 percentage graduated in bachelor degree. 2) Working place mostly were at the hospital with over 50 percentage of temporary ranking in nursing and have got working periods ranging from 1-10 years. 3) Working atmosphere motivation of the staffs was in the fair level. 4) Satisfactory level of staffs toward the administration was medium. 5) Factors that effected to staffs satisfactory toward the administrative were age, educational level, working place, work ranking, working experience, and working atmosphere motivation were difference in statistical significant at .05 level.
