Abstract:
The purpose of this reseach are a) to study members opinion toward images of Sriharuthai Khlung Credit Union Cooperative Ltd. b) to study factors that affecting to images during November 2007 to March 2008. The equipments used to collect the data was questionnaires designed by researcher and it was being analysed by SPSS to determine the value of the percentage, means, standard deviation, T-test, and F-test by fixing the statistical significant difference level at 0.05
The result was showed that : 1) The personal factors of the sampling group was mostly female ranging between 31-40 years o age, with primary school level, small wage earners lower than 10,000 baht per month. Also the marital status, membership involvement was less than 13 years and share investment per month was ranging between 301-600 baht. 2) Factors that affecting to images in all 4 aspects such as reliability, channels of communication,perception in credit unions program activities, acknowledgement, and impressive were in high level. 3) Levels of opinions toward their images was high. 4) The comparison fo gender, age, educational background, marital status, occupation, membership involvement, share investment per month did not affect to opinion of members. But the salary, reliability, channel of communication, perception and impression of members were affected to images in statistic significant difference at .05 level.
