Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to study Leadership behavior of job motivation of crime prevention and detainment police under chantaburi provincial police and compare job motivation level of crime prevention and detainment police under chantaburi provincial police classified by age, education level, work experience and leadership behavior in chantaburi provincial. The sample was compose of 231 crime prevention and detainment police under chantaburi provincial police determined by Yamanes formula with stage random. Data were analyzed in items of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Scheffe PostHoc Test.
The results were found that : 1) leadership behavior in chantaburi provincial police is Demoncratic leader. Next be is Laissez-faire leader and Aotocratic leader. 2) job motivation level of crime prevention and detainment police under chantaburi provincial police in overall and every specific aspect at first everage level. And also the same Existence need at first and Growth need, Relatedness need is next be. 3) The comparison of job motivation level of crime prevention and detainment police under chantaburi provincial police was classified by age, education level, work experience and leadership behavior in chantaburi provincial. 3.1) There was non-statistical significant difference between job motivation in overall of crime prevention and detainment police who had difference years of age. And also the same statistical significant difference in motivation aspect. 3.2) There was non-statistical significant difference between job motivation in overall aspect of crime prevention and detainment police who had difference education level that .05 level. And also the same statistical significant difference in Relatedness that .05 level. And non-statistical significant difference in motivation aspect. 3.3) There was statistical significant difference between job motivation in overall aspect of crime prevention and detainment police who had difference work experience that .05 level. And also the same statistical significant difference in Existence need that .05 level and non-statistical significant difference in motivation aspect. 3.4) There was statistical significant difference between job motivation in overall aspect of crime prevention and detainment police who had difference leadership behavior in chantaburi provincial that .05 level. And also the same statistical significant difference in Existence need and non-statistical significant difference in motivation aspect that .05 level.
