Abstract:
The purpose of the research were to study the Satisfaction and affecting factors
of people in Klongpoon Sub district Klaeng, Rayong. The sample consisted of 350 people.
The instrument was a 5 rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean,
standard deviation , t-test and F-test
The result to were : 1) The satisfaction of the people towards the service of the
organization was at the average level. 2) The people who were different in gender, age, income,
marital status, social position and knowledge of administration had no different satisfaction where
as those who was different in education, occupation, social activity, information knowledge had
significantly difference at the .05 level. 3) The problems found were should type or group see
clearly who service know to system service side clearly and regularly.
