Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับความคาดหวังของประชาชนและเปรียบเทียบ
ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานพัฒนาตามยุทธศาสตร์ของเทศบาลตำบล
โป่งน้ำร้อน อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในครั้งนี้ จำนวน 367 คน ได้มา
โดยวิธีเลือกแบบมีระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการ
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที
การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการทดสอบความ แตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ของเชฟเฟ่
ผลการวิจัย 1) ระดับความคาดหวังของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานพัฒนาตามยุทธศาสตร์
ของเทศบาลตำบลโป่งน้ำร้อน อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยรวมมีความคาดหวังอยู่ในระดับ
ปานกลาง โดยมีความคาดหวังในด้านเศรษฐกิจมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านกีฬาและนันทนาการ
และด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ตามลำดับ 2) เปรียบเทียบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ
ความคาดหวังของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานพัฒนาตามยุทธศาสตร์ของเทศบาลตำบลโป่งน้ำร้อน
อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยรวมพบว่า ประชาชนที่มี อายุ และรายได้ ต่างกัน มีความคาดหวัง
ต่อการดำเนินงานพัฒนาตามยุทธศาสตร์ของเทศบาลตำบลโป่งน้ำร้อน อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัด
จันทบุรี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนประชาชนที่มี เพศ การศึกษา
อาชีพ ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชน และตำแหน่งทางสังคม ต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังไม่แตกต่างกัน
Abstract:
The research this time, there is the goal for study the expectation of population
develops to follow the strategy of municipal, Pongnumron district, Amphur Pongnumron,
Chanthaburi province, and compare with the expectation of population, separate follow, gender,
age, income, education, occupation, location community, period of residence time in the community,
a position is social, the sample that use in this time, 376 persons, get come to by the choice like,
systematically, a tool that use to is scale questionnaire, about the value , the statistics that use in
data analysis, for example, frequency value, percentage value, average, and the value deviates the
standard, value test T, value test F, and difference test is lay a pair of sheffe.
The results of the study were as follows : 1) Research result knows that, expectation
level of people develops to follow the strategy of municipal Pongnumron district, Amphur
Pognumron, Chanthaburi province, generally have the expectation is in middle level, by have the
expectation in the sense of the economy most, next be, sport and the recreation, and
infrastructure, respectively. 2) Compare with the relation between pertaining to expectation factor
of population develops to follow the strategy of municipal Pongnumron district, Amphur
Pongnumron, Chanthaburi province, generally meet that ,people who have, age, and the income,
differently, be high class the expectation builds operating develops the strategy of municipal
Pongnumron district, Amphur Pongnumron, Chanthaburi province, different prevent implily
important statistics way that the .05 part level of people who has, gender, education, occupation,
residence community (stay), period of residence time is in the community, and social position,
differently, be high class different expectation, No statistics significance.
