Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนต่อสภาพและปัญหา การนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 จำนวน 103 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 28 คน รองผู้อำนวยการ 75 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตรฐานส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 65 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .97 สถิติ ในการใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า F และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของ Scheffe' ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ปัญหาการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 พบว่าโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย 3. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 ที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกันมีความคิดเห็น ต่อสภาพและปัญหาการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 ไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เขตการศึกษา 10 ไม่แตกต่างกัน The objectives of this study were to investigate the state and problems of municipality school supervision under the jurisdiction of the 10th Educational Region in view of school administrators and to compare their opinions toward the state and problems of municipality school supervision under the jurisdiction of the 10th Educational Region. A total of 132 respondents, selected by means of the stratified random sampling method, including 36 school directors and 96 deputy directors, were employed as the sample of the study. The research instrument, the five-scale rating survey questionnaire yielding the overall reliability coefficient at .97, containing 65 items, was utilized. Statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test, and the test of Scheffe' were employed for data analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. The state of school supervision of municipality school supervision under the jurisdiction of the 10th Educational Region was found to be, overall and in individual aspects, performed at a high level. 2. The state of problems in school supervision of municipality school supervision under the jurisdiction of the 10th Educational Region, overall and in individual aspects, was found to be, , existing at a lower level. 3. The school administrators holding different positions were not found to view the state and problems in school supervision of municipality school supervision under the jurisdiction of the 10th Educational Region differently at a significant level. 4. The school administrators who differed in administrative work experience were not also found to view the state and problems in school supervision of municipality school supervision under the jurisdiction of the 10th Educational Region differently at a significant level. 5. Those who work in schools with different size were not also found to view the state and problems in school supervision of municipality school supervision under the jurisdiction of the 10th Educational Region differently at a significant level.
