Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาการบริหารงานบริการของโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการที่จัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ใน 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านงานโภชนาการ ด้านงานอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านงานอนามัยโรงเรียน ด้านงานสัมพันธ์ชุมชน ด้านงานโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ และงานห้องสมุด และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบริการของโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการที่จัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำแนกตามสถานภาพของบุคลากร เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และจำแนกตามโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการที่จัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 107 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 60 ข้อ มีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t และ การทดสอบค่า F เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของ Scheffe’ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บุคลากรทางการศึกษามีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบริการของโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการที่จัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียน ที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือโดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. บุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีสถานภาพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบริการของโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการที่จัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. บุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีเพศต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบริการของโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการที่จัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยรวม และรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. บุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบริการของโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการที่จัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. บุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสถานศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบริการของโรงเรียนเฉพาะความพิการที่จัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยระหว่างโรงเรียนกาฬสินธุ์ปัญญานุกูล กับ โรงเรียนนครราชสีมาปัญญานุกูล ระหว่าง โรงเรียนกาฬสินธุ์ปัญญานุกูล กับ โรงเรียนอุบลปัญญานุกูล และระหว่างโรงเรียนนครราชสีมาปัญญานุกูล กับ โรงเรียนอุบลปัญญานุกุล มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน ABSTRACT The objectives of this study were to examine the service administration of special education schools for intellectual disability students in the Northern Region and to compare the opinions toward the service administration of special education schools for intellectual disability students in the Northern Region of the academic personnel. The unit of analysis of the samples was divided into their status, gender, educational level, and schools. A total of 107 academic personnel of the special education schools for intellectual disability students in the Northern Region, selected by means of the stratified random sampling method, were employed to be the sample of the study. The sample size was determined on the basis of the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The research instrument included a 60-question item, five-scale rating survey questionnaire yielding the overall reliability. coefficient of .98. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The Scheffe' pair-wise comparison was employed when statistically significant differences were found. The research findings were as follows: 1. The opinions of academic personnel of the special education schools for intellectual disability students in the Northern Region toward the overall and individual aspects of 2. Overall, the opinions of the academic personnel who differed in status toward the service administration of special education schools for intellectual disability students were found to be different at level .05 of significance. 3. The opinions of the academic personnel who were different in gender toward the service administration of special education schools for intellectual disability students were not found to be different at a significant difference in the overall and in individual aspects. 4. The opinions of the academic personnel who were different in educational level toward the service administration of special education schools for intellectual disability students were not found to be different at a significant difference in the overall and in individual aspects. 5. The opinions of the academic personnel who worked in different schools toward the service administration of special education schools for intellectual disability students were found to be different at level .01 of significance. The pair differences were found between Kalasin Panyanukul and Nakorn Ratchasima Panyanukul schools, between Kalasin Panyanukul and Ubon Panyanukul schools, and between Nakorn Ratchasima Panyanukul and Ubon Panyanukul schools.
