Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านภาวะผู้นำและความสามารถของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ยโสธร เขต 1 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านภาวะผู้นำและความสามารถตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูวิชาการโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ยโสธร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 140 คน และ ครูวิชาการโรงเรียน 140 คน ได้มาด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 49 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t และการหาค่าความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านภาวะผู้นำและความสามารถของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ยโสธร เขต 1 มีการดำเนินงานด้านผู้บริหาร มีความคิดริเริ่มและมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านผู้บริหารมีความสามารถในการบริหารวิชาการและเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการ ด้านผู้บริหารมีการบริหารที่มีประสิทธิผละและผู้เกี่ยวข้องพึงพอใจในการบริหาร มีระดับปฏิบัติมาก ด้านผู้บริหารมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมมีความมุ่งมั่นและอุทิศตนในการทำงาน มีระดับมากที่สุด และภาพรวมทุกด้านมีระดับปฏิบัติมาก 2. ข้าราชการครู ในสถานศึกษาที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านภาวะผู้นำและความสามารถของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ยโสธร เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านผู้บริหารมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม มีความมุ่งมั่นและอุทิศตนในการทำงาน มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 3. ข้าราชการครู ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านภาวะผู้นำและความสามารถของผู้บริหาร โรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ยโสธร เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่าง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าด้านผู้บริหารมีการบริหารที่มีประสิทธิผล และผู้เกี่ยวข้องพึงพอใจในการบริหาร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 This research aimed to study and compare the performance according to the educational quality standard through leadership and abilities of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the educational service area region 1 of Yasothon. The sample group used in the study consisted of 140 educational institute administrators and 140 teachers. They were obtained by the stratified random sampling. The tool gather data was the five – layered questionnaire consisting of 40 items. The total reliability of the tool was .82 Statistical data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test and F – test. The research findings were as follows: 1. The performance according to the educational quality standard though leadership and abilities of the school administrators under the jurisdiction of the educational service area region 1 was highly satisfactory concerning the administrators’ initiatives and vision, capacity, academic leadership, and their efficiency. Considering the moral, determination, and commitment to work, it was found to be the highest. The performance in all aspects was at a high level. 2. The teachers holding different position did not hold significantly different views towards the performance according to the educational quality standard by virtue of leadership and abilities of the school administrators under the jurisdiction of Yasothon’s Educational Service Area Region 1. With individual cases well considered, there was statistically significant difference at .05. 3. It was found that the teachers from different schools were not significantly different in their views towards the performance of the school administrators. Considering the individual cases, there was statistically significant difference at .05 found in the efficiency of the administrators and the satisfaction of those concerned.
