Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารเวลาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กกลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอำเภอหัวตะพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารเวลาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอำเภอหัวตะพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอำเภอหัวตะพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ จำนวน 10 โรงเรียน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบบันทึกกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบคำถามปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอำเภอหัวตะพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ ใช้เวลาในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมใน 1 สัปดาห์ มากที่สุด ได้แก่ด้านวิชาการ เฉลี่ย 13 ชั่วโมง 55 นาที หรือ ร้อยละ 39.76 ด้านบริหารทั่วไป เฉลี่ย 12 ชั่วโมง 32 นาที หรือร้อยละ 35.81 ด้านบริหารบุคคล เฉลี่ย 3 ชั่วโมง 50 นาที หรือ ร้อยละ 10.95 และด้านงบประมาณ เฉลี่ย 1 ชั่วโมง 33 นาที หรือ ร้อยละ 4.43 รวมเวลาเฉลี่ยต่อสัปดาห์ที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ปฏิบัติกิจกรรมทุกด้าน 31 ชั่วโมง 50 นาที หรือ ร้อยละ 90.95 และมีเวลาเหลืออีก 3 ชั่วโมง 10 นาที หรือ ร้อยละ 9.05 ที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กไม่ได้ระบุกิจกรรมการบริหารเวลา The objectives of this study were to investigate and compare the state of time management and the problems and suggestions in time management of the administrators of small-sized schools of the School Network Develoment Group of Hua Tapan District under the jurisdiction of the Office of Amnat Charoen Educational Service Area. A total sample consisted from 10 small-sized schools of the School Network Develoment Group of Hua Tapan District under the jurisdiction of Office of Amnat Charoen Educational The research instrument included an activity and work performance record of the school administartors and open-ended interview. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage and arithmetic mean. The research findings were as follows: The administrators of 26 small-sized school of the School Network Develoment Group of Hua Tapan District under the jurisdiction of the office of Amnat Charoen Educational Service Area spent most of their time per week in work performance that could be classified as academic job (mean = 13 hours 55 minutes or 39.76% ), general manangement (mean =12 hours 32 minutes or 35.81%), personnel management (mean = 3 hours 50 minutes or 10.95%), and budget management (mean = 1 hour 33 minutes or 4.43%), The total of time spent week for every single activity was 31 hours and 5 minutest or 90.95 percent. The remaining 3 hours and 10 minutes or 9.05 percent belonged to the unspecified activities.
