Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนะเกษตรกรที่มีต่อการสร้างความมั่นคงทางรายได้ตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง : ศึกษาเฉพาะกรณีเกษตรที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการในโครงการรวมน้ำ + ใจ ถวายในหลวง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ที่เป็นเกษตรกรสมาชิกโครงการรวมน้ำ + ใจ ถวายในหลวง ปี 2548 ที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการ ผู้ศึกษาได้ทำการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 197 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามซึ่งมีอยู่ 3 ตอน คือ 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 2) ทัศนะการสร้างความมั่นคงทางรายได้ตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 3) ปัญหาและ ข้อเสนอแนะ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ทัศนะเกษตรกรที่มีต่อการสร้างความมั่นคงทางรายได้ตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง : ศึกษาเฉพาะกรณี เกษตรกรที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการในโครงการรวมน้ำ + ใจถวายในหลวง พบว่า ทัศนะเกี่ยวกับการประกอบอาชีพการเกษตร ตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงด้านการแสวงหาทรัพยากรการผลิตอย่างเหมาะสม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการทำงานเกษตรแบบผสมผสาน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการเลือกชนิดพืช – สัตว์ เป็นหัวใจของการบริหารจัดการน้ำ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการรักษาความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของดินและระบบนิเวศวิทยาโดยวิธีทางธรรมชาติ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการลดต้นทุนการผลิต งดใช้สารเคมีใช้แรงงานคน และสัตว์แทนเครื่องจักร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการแสวงหาความรู้ในการประกอบอาชีพ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยสรุปประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทัศนะของเกษตรกรตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในแต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก The objectives of this study were to investigate the opinions of agriculturalists toward the construction of income security according to self – sufficiency economy focusing on a case of agriculturalists receiving the support from the Social and Welfare Department of the “Ruam Nam + Jai as a Homage to the King” Project. A total of 197 agriculturalists who were the members of the “Ruam Nam + Jai as a Homage to the King” Project in the year 2548 B.E. was purposively selected as the sample of the study. The research instrument was a five + scale rating questionnaire including (1) the question about the background information of the respondents; (2) questions about the respondents’ opinions toward the generation of income security according to self – sufficiency economy ; and (3) problems and suggestions. The statistics utilized for data analysis included percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: The results of the study showed that particular factors influencing the overall opinions of the agriculturalists toward the generation of income security according to self – sufficiency economy consisting of the search of appropriate production supplies, integrated farming, selection of breeding plants and animals, soil richness and ecological conservation, the reduction of cost, chemical pesticides, machine – dependence, and the search of occupational knowledge were found to be at a high level.
