Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการบริหารงานบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อความพึงพอใจการบริหารงานบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 13 และ14 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธรเขต 1 จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา และศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียนจากศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 ที่เปิดสอนระดับอนุบาลถึงช่วงชั้นที่ 3 จำนวน 327 คน จำนวน 7 โรงเรียน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie and Morgan โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ( Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 โดยรวมและด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านกิจกรรมนักเรียนและด้านอาคารสถานที่ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 3. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่สังกัดศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานทั่วไปของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธรเขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน The objectives of this study were to investigate the satisfaction of the students’ parents on the school general administration of schools in the 13th and 14th Educational Quality Network Centers under the Jurisdiction of Yasothorn Educational Service Area Office Region 1, and to compare their satisfaction in relevant to the respondents’ educational level and the educational quality network centers to which they belong. On the ground of Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size criterion, a total sample of 327 parents of the students whose children studied at pre-school and school level 3 in seven schools in the areas of the 13th and 14th Educational Quality Network Center under the Jurisdiction of Yasothorn Educational Service Area Office Region 1 were selected for this study. The research instrument was a five level scale rating questionnaire with the overall coefficient reliability of .98. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings were as follows: 1. The parents satisfaction on the overall and different aspects of school general administration of schools in the 13th and 14th Educational Quality Network Centers under the Jurisdiction of Yasothorn Educational Service Area Office Region 1 were found in a higher level. 2. The parents whose educational levels were different had significantly different satisfaction on the overall general administration and on the aspect of school and community relations at the level of .05 and on the aspects of standard activities and school facilities at the level of .01. 3. There was no significant different in the satisfaction of the parents whose schools were indifferent Quality Network regarding the overall and individual aspects of the general administration.
