Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย โรงเรียนศรีฐานกระจายศึกษาและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย โรงเรียนศรีฐานกระจายศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศและระดับช่วงชั้น ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ นักเรียนโรงเรียนศรีฐานกระจายศึกษา ช่วงชั้นที่ 3 และช่วงชั้นที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2549 จำนวน 302 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามีจำนวน 265 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางคำนวณของ Krejcie และ Morgan และการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยใช้ช่วงชั้นเป็นตัวกำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตามแบบของ Likert มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมของนักเรียนต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อพบว่า ข้อที่มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ นักเรียนมีโอกาสได้ฝึกทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่านและเขียน และนักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผลงาน ส่วนรายการอื่น ๆ นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย โรงเรียนศรีฐานกระจายศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศและระดับช่วงชั้น มีความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกัน The objectives of this research were to study the students’ satisfaction toward teaching and learning management of Thai language Department of Srithankrajaysuksa School and to compare the student’ satisfaction toward Teaching and learning management of Thai language Department of Srithankrajaysuksa school according to sex and level of study. The subjects were 302 level 3 and level 4 students of Srithankrajaysuksa school in the academic year of 2549. The sampling group was 265 students gained by the estimation of the size of the subjects according to Krejcie’s and Morgan’s Table, and the stratified random sampling was applied according to the estimation of levels of study. Likert’s rating scales were applied and the reliability was found to be at .95. Statistics used for data analysis were percentile, average , standard deviation , and t-test. The research findings were as follows: 1. Student’s satisfaction as a whole toward teaching and learning management of Thai language Department of Srithankrajaysuksa school was at high level. Consideration by each item found that students were satisfied at highest level when they had opportunities to participate in evaluation of the tasks and to practice their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Other items were found to be at high level. 2. The results in comparison of the students’ satisfaction of teaching and learning management of Thai language Department of Srithankrajaysuksa school classified by sex and level of study were found not to be significantly different.
