Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความเข้าใจของข้าราชการครู ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครู จำแนกตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและขนาดของโรงเรียน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูสายปฏิบัติการสอน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 2 จำนวน 465 คน โดยจำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 144 คน และครูสายปฏิบัติการสอนจำนวน 321 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการเปิดตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าชนิด 5 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (One- way ANOVA)และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ Scheffe'
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 2 มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิรูปการศึกษาตามพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2542และแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม(ฉบับที่ 2) พุทธศักราช 2545โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสายปฏิบัติการสอนมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิรูปการศึกษาตามพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ.2542 และแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม(ฉบับที่2) พุทธศักราช 2545 โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสายปฏิบัติการสอนที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิรูปการศึกษาตามพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ.2542และแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม(ฉบับที่2) พุทธศักราช 2545 โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
4. ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสายปฏิบัติการสอน ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการดำรงตำแหน่งต่างกันมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิรูปการศึกษาตามพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2542และแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่2) พุทธศักราช 2545 โดยรวมไม่ต่างกัน
Abstract:
The objectives of this study were to investigate and to compare the understanding of the school teachers under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 2 about the Educational Reforms According to National Education Law of 2542 B.E. and Its Amendment Annex (2nd Version) of 2545 B.E. The respondents opinions compared were analyzed on the basis of their positions held, work experiences, and school size.
A total of 465 samples covering 144 school administrators and 321 teachers were employed in the study. They were selected by using the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The research instrument was a five-scale rating questionnaire with the overall coefficient reliability of .97 consisting of 40 question items. The statistics utilized for data analysis included, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffes comparison test.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The understanding of the teachers under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 2 about the Educational Reforms According to National Education Law of 2545 B.E. and Its Amendment Annex (2nd Version) of 2545 B.E. were found to be at a high level in the overall and different aspects.
2. The understanding of the school administrators and teachers about the Educational Reforms According to National Education Law of 2545 B.E. and its Amendment Annex (2nd Version) of 2545 B.E. were not found to be overall different at a significant level.
3. The understanding of the school administrators and teachers working in schools with different size about the Educational Reforms According to National Education Law of 2545 B.E. and Its Amendment Annex (2nd Version) of 2545 B.E. were found to be overall different at level .05 of significance.
4. The understanding of the school administrators and teachers who were different in work experiences about the Educational Reforms According to National Education Law of 2545 B.E. and Its Amendment Annex (2nd Version) of 2545 B.E. were not found to be overall different at a significant level.
