Abstract: วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการฝึกสอนของนักศึกษาด้านการสอน การจัดและการปกครองชั้น การวัดและการประเมินผลและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการนิเทศการสอนของอาจารย์นิเศก์และอาจารย์พี่เลี้ยง 3. เพื่อศึกษาว่าศึกษานักศึกษาฝึกสอนต้องการความช่วยเหลือหรือความร่วมมือในด้านใดบ้าง 4. เพื่อหาข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขการเตรียมนักศึกษาฝึกสอนและการฝึกสอนของวิทยาลัยครูให้ได้ผลดียิ่งขึ้น วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ อาจารย์นิเทศก์ 40 คน อาจารย์พี่เลี้ยง 225 คน และนักศึกษาฝึกสอน 272 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม 3 ฉบับคือ แบบสอบถามปัญหาการฝึกสอนในทัศนของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ แบบสอบถามปัยหาการฝึกสอนในทัศนะของอาจารย์พี่เลี้ยงและแบบสอบถามปัญหาการฝึกสอนในทัศนะของนักศึกษาฝึกสอน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผู้วิจัยนำแบบสอบถามที่ปรับปรุงแล้วไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร ได้รับคืนมาทั้งสิ้น ร้อยละ 88.08 จำแนกเป็นจากอาจารย์นิเทศก์ร้อยละ 85.00 จากอาจารย์พี่เลี้ยงร้อยละ 81.78 และจากนักศึกษาฝึกสอนร้อยละ 93.75 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย 1. นักศึกษาฝึกสอนประสบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการฝึกสอนในระดับน้อย ฝนทุกๆด้าน คือ ด้านการสอน การจัดและการปกครองชั้น การวัดผลและการประเมินผลและด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ 2. อาจารย์นิเทศก์มีปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการนิเทศการสอนคือ มีเวลาน้อยเพราะมีงานในหน้าที่อื่นมาก ไม่สะดวกในการไปนิเทศเพราะต้องคอยรถ และโรงเรียนอยู่ไกลเกินไป เสียเวลาเดินทาง 3. อาจารย์พี่เลี้ยงมีปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการนิเทศการสอนคือ ให้คำแนะนำแล้วนักศึกษาไม่ปฏิบัติตาม นักศึกษาทำบันทึกการสอนไม่เสร็จตามเวลาที่กำหนด นักศึกษาขาดความสามัคคี ขาดความรับผิดชอบ ขาดความร่วมมือ ตนเองไม่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์มากพอที่จะแนะนำนักศึกษา ไม่กล้าประเมินผลตามความเป็นจริงลงในแบบประเมิน และขาดการประสานงานกับอาจารย์นิเทศก์ เพราะไม่ค่อยได้พบกัน 4. นักศึกษาฝึกสอนต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากโรงเรียนฝึกสอนคือ วัสดุอุปกรณ์สำหรับทำสื่อการสอน เงินสำหรับซื้ออุปกรณ์หรือสื่อการสอน ให้ความร่วมมือในการปฏิบัติงานตลอดจนแนะนำแหล่งที่จะนำแหล่งที่จะนำมาทำสื่อการสอน 5. นักศึกษาฝึกสอนต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากวิทยาลัยครูคือ ให้อาจารย์นิเทศก์ไปนิเทศบ่อยๆ และให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านสื่อการสอน 6. ข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขในการเตรียมนักศึกษาก่อนออกฝึกสอนคือ ให้มีความรู้ หรือทักษะเพิ่มขึ้นในการทำโครงการสอน บันทึกการสอนและบันทึกประจำวันที่เป็นแบบ (From) เดียวกัน เทคนิคการสอน รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับโรงเรียนที่จะไปฝึกสอนและบ้านพัก การวางตัว และการดำรงชีพในหมู่บ้าน 7. ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อให้งานการฝึกสอนของวิทยาลัยครูได้ผลดีขึ้นคือ อาจารย์นิเทศก์ควรมาจากภาควิชาที่นักศึกษาเอกนั้นๆสังกัดอยู่ การนิเทศควรให้อาจารย์นิเทศก์รับผิดชอบนักศึกษาเฉพาะคน และควรประเมินผลการฝึกสอนเป็นเกรด Purposes of the study 1. To study the student teachers’ problems about teaching, class organization, evaluation, and relationship. 2. To study the problems about supervision of college supervisors and coo petating teachers. 3. To study the needs of student teachers. 4. To find out the suggestions for the betherment of improving student teachers and teaching practice of the college. Procedures The sample used for the study were 40 college supervisors, 225 cooperating teachers, and 272 student teachers. Three different research tools, questionnaires about teaching practice, for the study and perceived by college supervisors, cooperating teachers, and student teachers. After distributing the revised questionnaires, about 88.08, 85.00, and 93.75 percent of college supervisors, cooperating teachers, and student teachers were respectively collected. The frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were as research statistic. Major Findings 1. The student teachers found a little problems about teaching, class organization, evaluation, and human relationship. 2. The college supervisors had problems about being busy with other hinds of work. The had to wait for the chides and the schools were to far to visit. 3. The problems of the cooperating teachers were the followings. The student teachers did not follow their suggestions. They could not finish the teaching records, lacked of cooperation, responsibility, and participation. The cooperating teachers did not have enough knowledge and experience to supervise the student teacher. They could not exactly evaluate the student teachers jobs. They lacked of cooperation with the college supervisors as it was difficult for them to meet each other. 4. The student teachers need help from school about teaching aids : materials, expanse, participating and sources. 5. The student teachers need the college supervisors to visit them regularly and to supervise them about teaching aids. 6. Suggestions for student teachers preparation were increasing knowledge and skills in preparing study plan, lesson plans, uniform diary, teaching techniques, information about teaching practice schools, residents, and the way of life in the villages. 7. Suggestions for better teaching practice were the supervisor of each student teacher should be the instructor from the department in which the student teacher’s major subject falls in, each supervisor should be responsible for each student teacher, and evaluation should be done by the method of grading system.
