Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษต่อกระบวนการเรียนการสอนของโปรแกรมวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์สถาบันราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน หลักสูตรเนื้อหาวิชา กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนสื่ออำนวยความสะดวกการเรียนการสอน และการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน และเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจ จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ประเภทของนักศึกษาและคณะที่ศึกษา โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 195 คน ซึ่งคัดเลือกจากประชากรด้วยวิธีการคัดเลือกแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าจำนวน 58 ข้อ โดยผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ t และการทดสอบ F ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักศึกษาวิชาเอกภาษาอังกฤษ สถาบันราชภัฎอุบลราชธานี มีความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการเรียนการสอนของโปรแกรมวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์สถาบันราชภัฎอุบลราชธานี โดยส่วนรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านหลักสูตรเนื้อหาวิชา กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สื่ออำนวยความสะดวก การเรียนการสอน และการวัดประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. นักศึกษาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ภาคปกติ และภาคกศ.อศ. มีความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการเรียนการการสอนของโปรแกรมวิชาภาษาอังกฤษด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 โดยนักศึกษาภาคปกติมีความพึงพอใจสูงกว่านักศึกษาภาค กศ.อศ 3. นักศึกษาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษสังกัดคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ และนักศึกษาวิชาเอกภาษาอังกฤษสังกัดคณะครุศาสตร์มีความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการเรียนการสอนของโปรแกรมวิชาภาษาอังกฤษด้านหลักสูตรเนื้อหาวิชาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 โดยนักศึกษาวิชาเอกภาษาอังกฤษสังกัดคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์มีความพึงพอใจสูงกว่านักศึกษาวิชาเอกภาษาอังกฤษสังกัดคณะครุศาสตร์ The purpose of this study was to detemine the satisfaction of the English major students’ towards the leaning and teaching process of the English program at Rajabhat Institute Ubon Ratchathani. The order of aspects considerated were; instructors, curriculum, instruction and activities, supporting factors and evaluation. Furthermore, it was to compare the aspects mentioned above within the categories of sex, age, type of students and faculty. A group of 195 students in the academic year 2003 were selected by means of stratified random sampling. The research instrument was 58-item rating scale questionnaire constructed by the researcher. Data were analyzed in terms of arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The results of the study revealed the following: 1. The English major students’ satisfaction towards the learning and teaching process of the English Program at Rajabhat Institute Ubon Ratchathani was at a moderate level. When the student’ satisfaction was analyzed separately, it was found that the satisfaction towards the instructors was at a high level and the other aspects such as curriculum, instructor and leaning activites, supporting factors and evaluation were all at a moderate level. 2. There were significant defferences at the .05 level amongst the English major students’ satisfaction regarding type of students on the aspect of instructors, that is, regular English major students were at higher level that those of the twilight English major students. 3. there were significant differences at the .05 level, between the English major student from the Faculty of Education and the English major student from the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in the aspect of curriculum. The degree of satisfaction amongst the students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences were at a higher level than the students from the faculty of Education.
