Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องวัดโพธิ์ศรีธาตุ อำเภอรัตนบุรี จังหวัดสุรินทร์ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคนิครัตนบุรี จังหวัดสุรินทร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง วัดโพธิ์ศรีธาตุ อำเภอรัตนบุรี จังหวัดสุรินทร์ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคนิครัตนบุรี ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคนิครัตนบุรี ที่เรียนด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องวัดโพธิ์ศรีธาตุ อำเภอรัตนบุรี จังหวัดสุรินทร์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคนิครัตนบุรี ที่เรียนด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง วัดโพธิ์ศรีธาตุ อำเภอรัตนบุรี จังหวัดสุรินทร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย คือ นักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1/1 แผนกวิชาช่างไฟฟ้ากำลัง วิทยาลัยเทคนิครัตนบุรี จำนวน 20 คน ได้มาจาการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่องวัดโพธิ์ศรีธาตุ อำเภอรัตนบุรี จังหวัดสุรินทร์ แผนกวิชาสามัญ วิชาสังคมศึกษา แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาและนำเสนอแบบพรรณนาความ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง วัดโพธิ์ศรีธาตุ อำเภอรัตนบุรี จังหวัดสุรินทร์ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคนิครัตนบุรี โดยการวิเคราะห์คะแนน ใช้สูตรคำนวณหาค่า (E1/E2) มีค่าเท่ากับ 83.13/86 มีประสิทธิภาพเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้คือ 80/80 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 1 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง วัดโพธิ์ศรีธาตุ อำเภอรัตนบุรี จังหวัดสุรินทร์ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคนิครัตนบุรี พบว่าผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง วัดโพธิ์ศรีธาตุ อำเภอรัตนบุรี จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ (𝑥̄ = 4.62, S.D = 0.66) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นหลายด้านพบว่า นักเรียนมีความพึ่งพอใจสูงสุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านโครงสร้างและองค์ประกอบของรูปเล่ม (𝑥̄ = 4.90) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการใช้ประโยชน์ (𝑥̄ = 4.85) และด้านเนื้อหาและการนำเสนอ (𝑥̄ = 4.75) ตามลำดับ หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้เรียนได้อย่างเหมาะสมทั้งทางด้านรูปแบบเนื้อหา รูปภาพ กิจกรรม ที่มีความสอดคล้องกันในการนำเสนอ ซึ่งสามารถนำไปเรียนรู้ได้ด้วยตัวเองและเนื้อหามีความเหมาะสมกับระดับของผู้ใช้งาน และส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ The research on the development of an e-book about Wat Pho Si That, Rattanaburi District, Surin Province, for first-year vocational certificate students at Rattanaburi Technical College, Surin Province, has the following objectives. 1) To develop effective learning management using an e-book on Wat Pho Si That, Rattanaburi District, Surin Province, for first-year vocational certificate students at Rattanaburi Technical College, meeting the 80/80; effectiveness criterion. 2) To compare the academic achievement of first-year vocational certificate students at Rattanaburi Technical College before and after learning about Wat Pho Si That, Rattanaburi District, Surin Province, using an e-textbook; 3) To study the satisfaction of first-year vocational certificate students at Rattanaburi Technical College who are studying using an e-textbook on the topic of Wat Pho Si That, Rattanaburi District, Surin Province. The sample group used in this research consisted of 20 students from the first year of the Vocational Certificate program, Electrical Power Engineering Department, Rattanaburi Technical College. They were selected using simple random sampling with the classroom as the sampling unit. data collection tools included a lesson plan on Wat Pho Si That, Rattanaburi district, Surin province (General Studies Department, Social Studies subject), achievement tests, and student satisfaction surveys. Data was analyzed using content analysis and presented descriptively. The research results found that : 1. The results of developing learning management using an e-book on Wat Pho Si That, Rattanaburi district, Surin province, for first-year vocational certificate students at Rattanaburi Technical College, analyzed using the formula (E1/E2) for score calculation, yielded a value of 83.13/86. This met the established criteria of 80/80, fulfilling objective. 2. The comparison of learning achievement before and after studying with the electronic book on Wat Pho Si That, Rattanaburi district, Surin province for first-year vocational certificate students at Rattanaburi Technical College revealed that the students’ post-learning achievement was significantly higher than their pre-learning achievement at the .05 level of statistical significance. 3. The results of the study on the satisfaction of first-year vocational certificate students with learning using the e-book on Wat Pho Si That, Rattanaburi district, Surin province, showed an overall satisfaction level of the highest, with an average of (𝑥̄ = 4.62, S.D = 0.66). When considering several aspects, the top three areas of highest satisfaction were: the structure and components of the e-book (𝑥̄ = 4.90) followed by usability (𝑥̄ = 4.85) and content and presentation (𝑥̄ = 4.75) respectively. The developed e-book appropriately meets the needs of learners in terms of content, images, and activities, with a consistent presentation style. It allows for self-study, the content is appropriate for the user's level, and it effectively promotes learning.
