Abstract: งานวิจัยเรื่องการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเสี่ยงของโซ่อุปทานทุเรียนเพื่อการส่งออกในพื้นที่จังหวัดจันทบุรีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาโครงสร้างโซ่อุปทานของทุเรียนสดเพื่อการส่งออกในจังหวัดจันทบุรี 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยเสี่ยงที่เกิดขึ้นในโซ่อุปทานทุเรียนในจังหวัดจันทบุรี 3) เสนอแนวทางในการบริหารความเสี่ยงในโซ่อุปทานทุเรียน ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกร่วมกับการกรอกแบบสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในโซ่อุปทานทุเรียนส่งออก ทำให้ทราบข้อมูลผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในโซ่อุปทานทุเรียนส่งออกตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำ กลางน้ำ และปลายน้ำ โดยเส้นทางการส่งออกจะมุ่งเน้นศึกษาการส่งออกไปยังตลาดจีนเป็นหลัก ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเสี่ยงในโซ่อุปทานทุเรียนส่งออกของจังหวัดจันทบุรีพบว่า มีปัจจัยเสี่ยงแบ่งได้ 10 ประเภท ประกอบด้วยจำนวน 29 ปัจจัยเสี่ยง ผลการประเมินปัจจัยเสี่ยงของผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในโซ่อุปทานทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ เกษตรกร ผู้รวบรวมหรือล้ง และผู้ส่งออกให้ความสำคัญเป็นอันดับแรก คือ ความเสี่ยงด้านสภาพอากาศ ความเสี่ยงด้านราคา ความเสี่ยงด้านโลจิสติกส์และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ความเสี่ยงด้านนโยบาย ความเสี่ยงด้านแรงงาน และความเสี่ยงด้านการผลิต ผู้วิจัยได้เสนอกลยุทธ์ในการจัดการความเสี่ยงในแต่ละปัจจัยเสี่ยงประกอบด้วย 4 กลยุทธ์ คือ กลยุทธ์การลดโอกาสเกิดความเสี่ยง กลยุทธ์การลดผลกระทบความเสี่ยง กลยุทธ์การถ่ายโอนความเสี่ยง และกลยุทธ์การรับมือกับความเสี่ยง

Abstract: The research on risk factor analysis of durian supply chain for export in Chanthaburi province aims to study 1) supply chain structure of fresh durian for export in Chanthaburi Province 2) study the risk factors occurring in the durian supply chain in Chanthaburi province. 3) propose risk management strategies in the durian supply chain export. Researcher applied the in-depth interviews together with respondents who were involved in the Durian export supply chain in Chanthaburi to complete the questionnaires. Hence, the results of the interview provided information about the stakeholder involved in the durian supply chain exporting from upstream to downstream by focusing on exporting to China market only. The analysis of risk factor identification in the Durian export supply chain in Chanthaburi province revealed that there are ten types of risk divided into 29 risk factors. The results of risk assessment of risk factors of three stakeholders in Durian export supply chain including farmer, collectors and exporters shown that the first priority risks factors are weather related risks, price risk, logistics and infrastructure risk, policy risk, labor related risks and production risk. The researcher proposes risk management strategies of risk factor consisting of risk reduction strategy, risk acceptance, risk avoidance and risk sharing
