Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to create and find indexes on the effectiveness of courses to promote achievement on linear equations using problem based learning for the second year in the vocational certificate program. To study achievement on linear equations using problem-based learning for the second year in the vocational certificate program. The sample group used in this research were 29 students in the second year of the vocational certificate, computer department, the academic year 2022, Thoen Industrial and community education college. The research tools are 1) Course 2) Course manual and 3) Linear equation test, the data were analyzed by finding the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test dependent samples statistics.
The results of the research showed that 1) The creation and finding of the effectiveness of the curriculum average suitability of the curriculum was at a high level, the average was 4.15, and the standard deviation was 0.65, course manual the average of the suitability of the curriculum used in the curriculum was at the high level, the average was 4.23, and the standard deviation was 0.53. It has an efficiency index of 0.7335 2) The results of studying achievement on a linear equation using problem-based learning for the second year in the vocational certificate program, it was found that the students' post-test scores were significantly higher than before at the .05 level. which was in line with the hypothesis.
