Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปและสภาพปัจจุบันในการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเพื่อเป็นทุนทางปัญญาในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเพื่อเสริมสร้างทุนทางปัญญาในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต 3) เพื่อประเมินและปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเพื่อเป็นทุนทางปัญญาในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตการวิจัยนี้ได้แบ่งพื้นที่การศึกษาออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 3 อำเภอ ได้แก่ อำเภอพร้าว อำเภอสารภี และอำเภอแม่ริม ระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นที่ตำบลยางเนิ้ง อำเภอสารภี จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเพื่อเสริมสร้างทุนทางปัญญาในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต ได้แก่ คู่มือการใช้รูปแบบ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า: 1. ผลศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปและสภาพปัจจุบันในการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเพื่อเป็นทุนทางปัญญาในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต พบว่า ในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่มีการจัดการความรู้ที่มีแบบฉบับเฉพาะของแต่ละชุมชน ผ่านกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประเพณี วัฒนธรรม อาชีพ ปราชญ์ผู้รู้ในชุมชนซึ่งกระบวนการเรียนรู้เกิดขึ้นเองตามธรรมชาติ ปัจจัยที่มีส่วนส่งเสริมให้เกิดการค้นหาและถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ในชุมชนนั้นประกอบด้วย (1) ปัจจัยด้านสัมพันธ์ภาพของคนในชุมชน (2) ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมประเพณีท้องถิ่นของชุมชน (3) ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพของชุมชน (4) ปัจจัยด้านการประกอบอาชีพหลักของคนในชุมชน (5) ปัจจัยด้านวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตในบริบทของชุมชน ผลจากการตอบแบบสอบถามพบว่า ชุมชนมีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการ รูปแบบ วิธีการของการดำเนินการในกิจกรรมด้านต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในชุมชนตามลำดับ คือกิจกรรมด้านการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตมากที่สุดจำนวนร้อยละ 68.37 โดยชุมชนมองว่าควรมีการศึกษาและนำทุนปัญญาของชุมชนมาใช้ในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต ในระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยที่มากที่สุดในทุกๆ ข้อของประเด็นคำถาม (อำเภอพร้าว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.92 อำเภอแม่ริม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.62 อำเภอสารภี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.23 ตามลำดับ) การศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศและการเทียบเคียง (Best Practices & Benchmark) พบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุทั้ง 3 แห่งนั้นยังไม่ปรากฏรูปแบบการค้นหาการถ่ายทอดความรู้จากทุนทางปัญญาและการจัดเก็บเป็นสารสนเทศที่ชัดเจน แต่เป็นการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ผ่านกิจกรรมตามบริบทของการเรียนรู้ โดยพบว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้ผู้สูงอายุสามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้จากประสบการณ์การประกอบอาชีพ การดำเนินชีวิต (Tacit Knowledge) ของตนเองออกมา เป็นความรู้ที่ชัดแจ้ง (Explicit Knowledge) ให้ผู้สูงอายุท่านอื่นๆ ได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้นั้นเกิดเพราะมีปัจจัยดังนี้คือ (1) ปัจจัยด้านการยอมรับและเคารพองค์ความรู้จากประสบการณ์ของกันและกัน (2) ปัจจัยด้านการเสริมแรงพลังใจและให้กำลังใจซึ่งกันและกัน (3) ปัจจัยในการส่งเสริมให้เกิดกระบวนการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างกัน (4) ปัจจัยด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อม (SWOT Analysis) พบว่าจังหวัดเชียงใหม่มีจุดแข็งและโอกาส ในด้านประชากรผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 256,873 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 15.3 ของประชากรทั้งจังหวัด โดยส่วนใหญ่ประชากรผู้สูงอายุจะอยู่ในช่วงอายุ 60-74 ปี มากถึง 164,074 คน หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.8 ของประชากรผู้สูงอายุทั้งหมด ทั้งมีแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางด้านวัฒนธรรมและประวัติศาสตร์ที่หลากหลายทั้งบนพื้นที่สูงและพื้นราบ องค์ความรู้ของชุมชนสามารถนำมาผลิตเป็นสินค้าเพื่อจำหน่ายได้อย่างหลากหลาย และเป็นที่ต้องการของตลาด จุดอ่อนและอุปสรรค พบว่าจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ไม่มีหน่วยงานระดับท้องถิ่นที่สนับสนุนส่งเสริมการจัดการความรู้อย่างชัดเจน ขาดแผนงานขับเคลื่อนการจัดการความรู้ ประกอบกับสังคมเมืองเชียงใหม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วตามกระแสการพัฒนาของโลกในยุคปัจจุบันทำให้ทุนทางปัญญาแบบใหม่ๆ จากซึกโลกต่างๆ เข้ามาแทรกซึมโดยง่าย เยาวชนขาดความสนใจในทุนปัญญาของชุมชน 2. ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเพื่อเสริมสร้างทุนปัญญาในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต (SLRT) องค์ประกอบรูปแบบ ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วนได้แก่ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) ขั้นตอน/วิธีการ 4) เงื่อนไขการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ โดยมี ขั้นตอน/วิธีการ โดยมีขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานหลัก จำนวน 3 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) ขั้นตอนค้นหาและแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้ (Search and Sharing Intellectual Knowledge) S ประกอบด้วย (1) กิจกรรมการพบปะพูดคุยของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน (Socialization) (2) การสร้างและแบ่งปันความรู้ที่ฝังลึกสู่องค์ความรู้ที่ชัดแจ้ง (Externalization) (3) การวิเคราะห์องค์ความรู้จากประสบการณ์เพื่อจัดทำเป็นข้อมูลทุนปัญญา (Combination of Intellectual Capital) 2) ขั้นจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต (Leaning Life Long Education) L การนำทุนปัญญาที่ได้ไปสู่การถ่ายทอด (Internalization) โดยการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะขั้นพื้นฐานในการดำเนินชีวิต การแก้ไขปัญหา และพัฒนาตนเองให้มีความสุขตามอัตภาพ ตามแนวคิดปรัชญาคิดเป็น 3) ขั้นสะท้อนกลับการเรียนรู้ (Reflection) R เพื่อสะท้อนความคิดเห็นและประเมินความพึงพอใจในการได้เรียนรู้เพื่อใช้ในการแก้ไขปัญหา พัฒนาตนเอง และการดำเนินชีวิตตามบริบทชุมชน ซึ่งถ้าการเรียนรู้นั้นยังไม่สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการได้ทั้งหมด ก็สามารถกลับไปค้นหาองค์ความรู้ในแง่มุมใหม่ๆ เพื่อนำกลับมาใช้ในการแก้ไขปัญหา พัฒนาตนเอง และการดำเนินชีวิตตามบริบทชุมชนได้อีก จนกว่าจะรู้สึกพึงใจเกิดความสุขตามอัตถภาพ ตามแนวคิดปรัชญาคิดเป็น 4) ขั้นการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากการเรียนรู้ทุนทางปัญญาของผู้สูงอายุ T (Transformative Learning) ใช้การสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากขั้นร่วมสะท้อนกลับการเรียนรู้ (Reflection) R เพื่อสรุปผลและหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากการเรียนรู้ทุนทางปัญญาของผู้สูงอายุ (Transformative Learning) ในประเด็นดังนี้ 1) ประเด็นด้านทักษะความรู้พื้นฐานที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินชีวิตตามบริบทชุมชน (Affective Attributes) 2) ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจในทุนทางปัญญาของผู้สูงอายุ (Cognitive Attributes) 3) ด้านเจตคติที่ดีในการเห็นคุณค่าของทุนทางปัญญาของผู้สูงอายุ (Psychomotor Attributes) 3. ผลการประเมินเพื่อรับรองรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเพื่อเสริมสร้างทุนปัญญาในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต ประกอบด้วย 1) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่านได้ค่าดัชนี IOC ด้านความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 0.97 ด้านความเหมาะสมเท่ากับ 0.96 2) การตรวจสอบและรับรองรูปแบบ โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในชุมชน (Stakeholder) พบว่า กลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในชุมชน (Stakeholders) มองว่ารูปแบบมีประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาชุมชน และการจัดการความรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อเป็นทุนทางปัญญาของชุมชนเป็นอย่างยิ่งด้วยเพราะรูปแบบดังกล่าวมีกระบวนและวิธีการดำเนินงานตั้งแต่ค้นหาองค์ความรู้ถอดองค์ความรู้ สรุปรวมรวม จัดเก็บเป็นสารสนเทศ และนำมาองค์ความรู้จัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการนำทุนปัญญาไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการดำเนินชีวิตและการพัฒนาชุมชน 4. ผลการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเพื่อเสริมสร้างทุนปัญญาในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต (SLRT) รูปแบบได้จัดการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้หลักสูตรระยะสั้นประกอบด้วยหลักสูตรการจัดศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต เรื่องพืชผักในชุมชนหลักสูตรการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมและชุมชน เรื่อง ประเพณีวัฒนธรรมและวิถีชีวิต 12 เดือนของชุมชนยางเนิ้ง หลักสูตรการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาอาชีพ เรื่องการแปรรูปผลผลิต ทางการเกษตรและยาสมุนไพร ผลจากการเรียนรู้ พบว่า สามารถจำแนกผู้เรียนหลักสูตรระยะสั้นได้เป็น 2 ประเภทคือ (1) ผู้เรียนที่มีพื้นความรู้เดิม ได้แก่ เกิดจากการผู้เรียนได้รับการถ่ายทอด สาธิต การปฏิบัติให้เห็นจริงการกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามวิถีในชุมชนตลอดช่วงอายุที่ผ่านมาซึ่งผู้เรียนกลุ่มนี้จะเป็นกลุ่มผู้เรียนซึ่งมีอายุตั้งแต่ 50 ปี ขึ้นไป (2) ผู้เรียนที่ไม่มีพื้นความรู้เดิม พบว่าเป็นผู้เรียนที่มีช่วงอายุน้อยกว่า 40 ปี ได้แก่ ผู้เรียนกลุ่มประชากรวัยแรงงาน กลุ่มเยาวชน ประเด็นด้านการส่งเสริมเจตคติที่ดีของผู้เรียน พบว่า การถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ทุนทางปัญญาของผู้สูงอายุ ในหลักสูตรระยะสั้นวิทยากรผู้สูงอายุสามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้ สามารถอธิบายความหมายความเป็นมาเป็นไปและการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างความเชื่อ ขนบธรรมเนียม ประเพณีวัฒนธรรมกับพุทธศาสนาได้อย่างกระจ่างชัด ประเด็นด้านทักษะขั้นพื้นฐานในการดำเนินชีวิตของคนในชุมชน พบว่า ความรู้ทุนทางปัญญาที่ได้รับการเรียนรู้ สามารถนำมาปรับใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตได้ เพราะเป็นความรู้ที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตของผู้เรียนตามบริบทของชุมชน ทำให้ผู้เรียนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจมากขึ้น ข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ควรมีการขยายและส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ให้เพิ่มขึ้น และควรมีการค้นหาองค์ความรู้ที่เป็นทุนปัญญาจากผู้สูงอายุให้มีมากขึ้น เพราะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างมากในการพัฒนาชุมชน และเป็นความรู้ที่ดีต่อการนำมาปรับใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตของสมาชิกในชุมชนยางเนิ้ง ทั้งยังเป็นการส่งเสริมคุณค่าของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน 5. การประเมินและปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเพื่อเป็นทุนทางปัญญาในการจัดการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต (SLRT Model) ผลการจัดการประชุมอิงกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (Connoisseurship) จำนวน 5 ท่าน พบว่า ด้านการประเมินคุณค่าของรูปแบบ ขั้นตอนการจัดกระบวนการตามรูปแบบมีประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งทั้ง ผู้เรียน ครูผู้สอน/วิทยากร และชุมชน ด้วยเพราะเนื้อหาที่นำมาจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้เป็นเนื้อหาที่เกิดจากองค์ความรู้จากทุนปัญญาในชุมชน อันส่งผลอย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนายกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต และสร้างความสามัคคีภายในชุมชน การจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้สูงอายุได้มาถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ของตนเองโดยการเป็นครู ข้อเสนอแนะในประเด็นที่ควรปรับปรุง พบว่า ในภาพรวมกระบวนการขั้นตอนตามรูปแบบ เป็นไปด้วยดีและมีความเหมาะสม สามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ได้ แต่ได้เสนอแนะให้มีการปรับปรุงในส่วนแผนภาพของรูปแบบเพื่อให้เกิดความชัดเจนในการนำไปใช้ โดยให้เพิ่มลูกศรในผลการสะท้อนกลับการเรียนรู้ (Reflection) เพื่อให้เกิดเป็นวงกลมแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่เลื่อนไหลของรูปแบบ ซึ่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญมองว่าการสะท้อนกลับการเรียนรู้ มีการเกิดขึ้นได้ตลอดทุกกระบวน ตามความต้องการในการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนเพื่อให้เกิดความรู้ที่นำไปปรับใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิต การแก้ไขปัญหา และการพัฒนาต่อยอดเพื่อพัฒนาตนเองและชุมชนให้มีความสุขตามอัตถภาพ ต่อไป

Abstract: he objectives of this research were 1) to study the General information and the current condition in the knowledge management of aging group for promoting into the intellectual capital in lifelong education. 2) to development model of knowledge management of aging group for promoting into the intellectual capital in lifelong education. 3) to evaluate and improve the model of knowledge management of aging group for promoting into the intellectual capital in lifelong education, this research divided the study area is 2 phases, Phase 1 study information in the area of Chiang Mai, the target amount 3 districts: Phrao District, Saraphi District, and Mae Rim District.
