Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) To investigate the problems and needs for strategic management to enhance the connection between Technical Colleges and enterprises for effective job finding; 2) To develop strategic management to enhance the connection between Technical Colleges and enterprises for effective job finding. In this research, Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction as a case study was used as a case study. The respondent was 338 students and 128 teachers (Study all). The research instruments employed in this study were questionnaires. The information and data collected were analyzed and presented in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of this study indicated that 1) The problems of strategic management to enhance the connection between Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction and enterprises for effective job finding were at a high level . The needs of strategic management to enhance the connection between Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction and enterprises for effective job finding were at the highest level; 2) The strategic management were concluded as follow, First, Strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and establish a higher vocational college curriculum that meets students' employment needs. Second, Strengthen government support for school-enterprise cooperation. Third, Deepen incentives and build a complete school-enterprise cooperation operation system. Fourth, Strengthen the depth of school-enterprise cooperation and develop common job courses.
