Abstract:
Organization climate impacts the on productivity in the work of personnel both directly and indirectly.Organizational climate can resulted in a more productive staft. In this study, the search factors related to organization climate of a Tambon health promoting hospital. The sample consisted of 288 health personnel selected with straifified random sampling from among health personnel Khonkaen province Tambon health promoting hospital. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by frequency,percentage, mean and standard deviation and determined factors related to climate by chi-square and Pearson correlation.
The showed that most personnel are female, average age 37 years (37 years + 9 ) marriage status, monthly income to 20,0,00 - 25,000 Baths , About 3 in of the Directors of Tambon health promoting hospital, nurses and public health and worked for cight years already (8 years + 7).
Been trained in the administration of public bealth, only 12.5 percent. Health condition that happens to have leadership at a high level of communication in a 70.1 percent higher in 67.4 percent of the health personnel. Achievement motivation was high 71.2 percent in value and 84.7 percent, and high levels of satisfaction in working in the same high level of 59.0 percent. Organization have been nine dimension.

organizational climate. Therefore, it should strengthen the work in psychology, leadership, communication, organization, achievent motivation, work values and job satisfaction are more significant impact on organizational climate and performance.
