ABSTRACT
This research aimed to: 1) study the digital leadership of school administrators under Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2; 2) study the academic administration effectiveness of schools under Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2; 3) study the relationship of the digital leadership of school administrators and the academic administration effectiveness of schools under
Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2; and 4) create a forecasting equation of digital leadership of school administrators affecting the academic administration effectiveness of schools under Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The sample of this research was 327 school administrators and teachers under Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research
instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with reliability of digital leadership of school administrators at 0.82 and the efficiency of academic administration at 0.75. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviaion, Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The research results were as follows: 1. The digital leadership of school administrators under Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was at the highest level. When considering each
aspect, it was found that making the environment in the organization, having vision and leadership, supporting and motivation and digital communication were at the highest level. Digital technology knowledge aspect was at a high level. 2. The academic administration effectiveness of schools under Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that learning process, measurement, evaluation and transfer of academic results were at the highest level. School curriculum, development of using
