Abstract:
This independent research has the objective 1)To study The Participatory Administration for Primary School Administrators of Thai-Malaysian Border Area, Narathiwat 2)To compare the participatory management of educational institution administrators. Primary school level, Thai-Malaysian border Narathiwat Province classified by gender and education level Work experience and the size of the educational institution. 3)To compile recommendations for participatory management of educational institution administrators. Primary school level, Thai-Malaysian border Narathiwat Province
The sample group is teachers in educational institutions Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, academic year 2023, number of 300 people. The tool used is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation statistics. t-Test, F-Test, and when testing found differences using Scheffes Method.
The results of independent research found that
1. Level of participatory management of educational institution administrators Primary school level, Thai-Malaysian border Narathiwat Province found that the overall and each aspect was at a high level.
2. Comparison of participatory management by school administrators Primary school level, Thai-Malaysian border Narathiwat Province Classified by gender variable Education level Work experience and the size of the educational institutions, it was found that the overall results were significantly different at the .01 level.
3. Results of the compilation of recommendations regarding participatory management of educational institution administrators. Primary school level, Thai-Malaysian border Narathiwat Province found that
