Abstract: การค้นคว้าวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษา ชายแดนไทย–มาเลเซีย จังหวัดนราธิวาส 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษา ชายแดนไทย–มาเลเซีย จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน และ 3) เพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษา ชายแดนไทย–มาเลเซีย จังหวัดนราธิวาส กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 300 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-Test) การทดสอบเอฟ (F-Test) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffé’s Method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับการบริหารจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษา ชายแดนไทย–มาเลเซีย จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษา ชายแดนไทย–มาเลเซีย จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 3. ผลการประมวลข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษา ชายแดนไทย–มาเลเซีย จังหวัดนราธิวาส พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่ายมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ การวางแผน การดำเนินงาน และการประเมินผล ส่งเสริมบรรยากาศการทำงานร่วมกัน เพื่อให้การบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาเกิดประสิทธิภาพและความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืน

Abstract: This independent research has the objective 1)To study The Participatory Administration for Primary School Administrators of Thai-Malaysian Border Area, Narathiwat 2)To compare the participatory management of educational institution administrators. Primary school level, Thai-Malaysian border Narathiwat Province classified by gender and education level Work experience and the size of the educational institution. 3)To compile recommendations for participatory management of educational institution administrators. Primary school level, Thai-Malaysian border Narathiwat Province The sample group is teachers in educational institutions Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, academic year 2023, number of 300 people. The tool used is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation statistics. t-Test, F-Test, and when testing found differences using Scheffe’s Method. The results of independent research found that 1. Level of participatory management of educational institution administrators Primary school level, Thai-Malaysian border Narathiwat Province found that the overall and each aspect was at a high level. 2. Comparison of participatory management by school administrators Primary school level, Thai-Malaysian border Narathiwat Province Classified by gender variable Education level Work experience and the size of the educational institutions, it was found that the overall results were significantly different at the .01 level. 3. Results of the compilation of recommendations regarding participatory management of educational institution administrators. Primary school level, Thai-Malaysian border Narathiwat Province found that executives should have Meetings to discuss evaluating guidelines twice a year and bring them to solve real problems and act in the same direction. Administrators should participate in decision-making regarding the operations of the educational institution and be responsible for the results of decisions made by teachers, personnel, and other stakeholders. Administrators should provide opportunities for all parties involved, receive mutual benefits It will help encourage all parties to have love for the work they do. It is a source of reinforcement and encouragement to continue working and Executives should participate in various operations or activities and must create a clear understanding of the steps. Listen to opinions There is a compromise. Flexible so that operations can be carried out as intended.
