Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of the creative leadership of school administrators under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Non Formal and Informal Education 2) to comparative of the creative leadership of school administrators about gender, education level and work experience and 3) to suggestion of the creative leadership of school administrators. The population in this research includes 286 teachers and the sample size by simple random sampling were consisted 165 teachers. The instruments were 5 rating scale questionnaire of the creative leadership of school administrators under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education and the reliability of questionnaire was 0.96 The collected data and analyzed through the applications of frequency, percentage arithmetic, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, F-Test and testing the pair of Scheffe method by the statistical package for social science.
The results were as follows:
1. The level of the creative leadership of school administrators under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education were overall at the high level
2. The comparative about gender and education level were overall not statistically significant and on work experience was overall 0.05 statistically significant.
3. The suggestions were school administrators should to view the future on the clear and trust information, listening the problems and the suggestions for the teachers working, should to the good working methods and clear the problem and free for the working of the teacher.
