Abstract:
The objectives of this research to examine the educational Internal Supervision Process of School Administrators in the VUCA World Era under The Yala Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by their gender , position, age , working experience and school
size.The sample consisted of 230 school administrators and teachers were selected by using simple random sampling. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The whole version has a reliability value of .981 The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, t-Test and one-way ANOVA test and Scheffes method of multiple comparison tests.
The research results found that
1. The educational Internal Supervision Process of School Administrators in the VUCA World Era under The Yala Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 is at a high level.
2. Comparing the level of Internal Supervision Process of School Administrators in the VUCA World Era under The Yala Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by gender, position, age, in overall and in each individual aspect are not significantly
different. On the other hand, working experience and school size, there was a significant difference at the .05 level.
