Abstract: This research aimed to 1) develop an active learning instructional plan integrated with formative assessment for teaching Electrical and Electronic Fundamentals, 2) examine students' learning achievement based on the E1/E2 efficiency criteria, and 3) investigate students’ satisfaction with the instructional approach. The sample consisted of 15 Grade 10 students from Sriayudhya School under the Royal Patronage in Bangkok, during the second semester of the 2024 academic year. The research instruments included: 1) an instructional plan based on active learning and formative assessment, 2) a 60-item multiple-choice test to assess learning achievement, and 3) a 15-item student satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, percentage, and instructional efficiency (E1/E2). The research findings were as follows: 1) the instructional plan was highly rated by five experts, with a mean score of 4.44 and a SD of 0.30, 2) the students’ learning achievement met the efficiency criteria with E1/E2 values of 84.22/81.78, which exceeded the expected benchmark of 80/80 and 4) the overall satisfaction score was 4.51, indicating a high level of student satisfaction with the instructional approach. These findings confirm that the developed instructional plan effectively enhances both learning outcomes and student engagement in technical education contexts
