PERCEIVED ORGANIZATION SUPPORT AND INTRINSIC MOTIVATION INFLUENCING CREATIVITY OF THE ROYAL CHITRALADA PROJECTS OFFICERS
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study perceived organization support. intrinsic motivation and creativity of the Royal Chitralada Projects officer 2) to compare means of demographic factors with perceived organization support, intrinsic motivation and creativity of the Royal Chitralada Projects officer 3) to study relationship between perceived organization support, intrinsic motivation and creativity 4) to study foctors influencing creativity. The samples of this study were 300 officers of the Royal Chitralada Projects. Questionnaire was employed as a reseach instrument. Mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient were employed to analyze the data. The hypotheses were tested using stepwise regression analysis. The results showed that 1. the officers of the Royal Chitralada Projects had high level of perceived organization support, intrinsic motivation and creativity 2) officers having different age, working experience, type of employees and salary had different perceived organization support, intrinsic motivation and creativity 3) perceived organization support and intrinsic motivation had positive relationship with creativity according to the statistical level of 0.01 4) perceived organization support and intrinsic motivation which influencing creativity consist of total intrinsic motivation, perceived organizational support in terms of and intrinsic motivation in terms of challenging needs.
