Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งเน้นไปที่อัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมและคุณค่าของนาฏกรรมโนห์หนานเฟิง โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักในการสืบทอดและพัฒนานาฏกรรมโนห์หนานเฟิง งานวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการวิจัยอย่างเป็นระบบเกี่ยวกับภูมิหลังทางสังคม วิวัฒนาการทางประวัติศาสตร์สถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน รูปแบบการแสดง และเนื้อหาของการแสดง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยให้เห็นถึงเส้นทางทางวัฒนธรรมและคุณค่าที่แฝงอยู่ในนาฏกรรมโนห์หนานเฟิง และสร้างแผนการจัดการศูนย์การเรียนรู้การนาฏกรรมโนห์หนานเฟิงเพื่อเป็นฐานทางทฤษฎีและกลยุทธ์การปฏิบัติสำหรับการเผยแพร่ในยุคสมัยใหม่และการสืบสานอย่างยั่งยืน วัตถุประสงค์หลักของงานวิจัยนี้ประกอบด้วย 1) ศึกษาภูมิหลังทางสังคม วิวัฒนาการทางประวัติศาสตร์ สถานะการพัฒนา รูปแบบการแสดง และเนื้อหาของการแสดงนาฏกรรมโนห์หนานเฟิง 2) วิเคราะห์อัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรม ระบบความเชื่อ แก่นทางจิตวิญญาณ เนื้อหาและคุณค่าของนาฏกรรมโนห์หนานเฟิง 3) สร้างแผนการจัดการศูนย์การเรียนรู้การนาฏกรรมโนห์หนานเฟิงเพื่อให้การเผยแพร่และการสืบสานสามารถในยุคสมัยใหม่ทำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ งานวิจัยนี้ใช้การวิเคราะห์รหัสจากการสัมภาษณ์ตามทฤษฎีฐานรากในการถอดอัตลักษณ์และคุณค่าของนาฏกรรมโนห์หนานเฟิงและสร้างเป็นองค์ความรู้ที่ประกอบด้วย 10 แนวคิดหลัก ได้แก่ “ความดั้งเดิม ความลึกลับ ความเป็นพื้นบ้าน การผสมผสานหลายศาสนา การเคารพท้องฟ้าและผืนดิน การขับไล่สิ่งชั่วร้าย การอธิษฐานขอพร การขอบุตร วัฒนธรรมบรรพบุรุษ และสุนทรียศาสตร์แห่งการชื่นชมความอัปลักษณ์” ซึ่งให้การสนับสนุนทางทฤษฎีสำหรับแผนการจัดการ ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า การแสดงนาฏกรรมโนห์หนานเฟิงมีลักษณะเด่นในด้านการเต้นรำที่สะท้อนถึงความเป็นดั้งเดิม ความลี้ลับ และความเป็นพื้นบ้าน โครงสร้างความเชื่อสะท้อนถึงการผสมผสานหลายศาสนา ในขณะที่แก่นแท้ทางจิตวิญญาณคือความเคารพต่อท้องฟ้าและผืนดิน ส่วนความหมายแฝงมุ่งเน้นไปที่การขับไล่สิ่งชั่วร้าย การอธิษฐานขอพร และการขอบุตร แสดงให้เห็นถึงคุณค่าทั้งในด้านศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม จากการวิเคราะห์กรณีศึกษา งานวิจัยนี้ได้ประมวลประสบการณ์การจัดการ “9 ประตูแห่งมรรคา” และเสนอแนวทางการจัดการ LAN: “AMD” (Learning & Activity & Nuo: “Academic Mask Dance”) เพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในศูนย์การเรียนรู้นาฏกรรมโนห์เขตหนานเฟิง ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงการจัดสรรพื้นที่ การจัดการกลุ่มคน และการวางแผนกิจกรรมด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ งานวิจัยนี้ได้ให้พื้นฐานทางทฤษฎีที่เป็นระบบและกลยุทธ์เชิงปฏิบัติที่เป็นนวัตกรรมสำหรับการอนุรักษ์ เผยแพร่ และพัฒนานาฏกรรมโนห์หนานเฟิงอย่างยั่งยืน

Abstract: This study focuses on the cultural characteristics and value of the Nanfeng Nuo Dance, with the core objective of preserving and developing this traditional art form. It systematically explores the social background, historical evolution, current status, performance forms, and content of Nanfeng Nuo Dance. The aim is to reveal the cultural context and intrinsic value of the dance and to develop a management plan for a Nanfeng Nuo Dance Learning Center, providing theoretical foundations and practical strategies for its modern dissemination and sustainable inheritance. The primary objectives of this study are: (1) to investigate the social background, historical development, current state, performance forms, and content of Nanfeng Nuo Dance; (2) to analyze its cultural characteristics, belief system, spiritual core, connotations, and value; and (3) to design a management plan for the Nanfeng Nuo Dance Learning Center to facilitate its modernization and effective preservation. This research employs grounded theory, interview coding, and case analysis to distill the characteristics and value of the Nanfeng Nuo Dance. It constructs a knowledge system encompassing ten core concepts—primitiveness, mysticism, ruggedness, religious syncretism, reverence for heaven and earth, exorcism, blessing, fertility, ancestral culture, and grotesque aesthetics—to provide theoretical support for the management plan. The findings reveal that Nanfeng Nuo Dance is primarily characterized by primitive, mystical, and rugged dance expressions. Its belief system is marked by religious syncretism, with a spiritual core focused on reverence for heaven and earth. The content of the dance revolves around exorcism, blessings, and fertility, showcasing its dual cultural and artistic value. Based on case analysis, the study summarizes the "Nine Gates" management experience and proposes the LAN: “AMD” management model (Learning & Activity & Nuo: "Academic Mask Dance"), which is applied to the spatial layout, audience management, and promotional activity planning of the Nanfeng Nuo Dance Learning Center. This research offers a systematic theoretical basis and innovative practical strategies for the protection, dissemination, and sustainable development of the Nanfeng Nuo Dance.
