Abstract:
The research objectives were as follows. 1) Study the opinion level toward prioritizing organizational management of the Government Savings Bank. 2) Study opinion level toward the perceived career success of Government Savings Bank's employees. 3) Study of the prioritizing organizational management affects perceived career success perceptions of the Government Savings Bank's employees, branch affairs department, region 14. The study was a quantitative research. The sample consisted of 297 Government Savings Bank employees, branch affairs department, region 14. Data collection using a questionnaire. Then, analyze data by frequency, percentage, mean, and Multiple Linear Regression.
The research found the following. 1) The prioritizing organization management of the Government Savings Bank at the highest level. 2) The perceived career success of Government Savings Bank's employees at the highest level. 3) Organizational management of the Government Savings Bank consists of three aspects: coordination, control, and organization. It positively affected the perceived career success of the Government Savings Bank employees, branch affairs department, region 14. The forecasting power is 60.10 per cent, and standard deviation of the forecast is 0.14972.
