Abstract:
The objectives of this research were as follows; 1) to study the management of the Science Mathematics and Technology Program (SMTP) 2) To draft a management model of successful and effective management in the Science Mathematics and Technology Program (SMTP) and 3) To evaluate the model of successful and effective management in the Science Mathematics, and Technology Program (SMTP). The sample used in this study was 492 people from a population of 939 people, consisting of administrators, teachers, and parents. Collect data by questionnaires from the sample. Then collect data from interviews with seven experts to draft a management model for effective management in the Science, Mathematics, and Technology Program (SMTP). And to evaluate the model of successful, effective management in the Science, Mathematics, and Technology Program (SMTP) with nine experts.

It consisted of six components, as follows: 1) special curriculum management 2) physical environment management 3) student development activities 4) teachers' specific ability development 5) media use in classrooms; and 6) the selection of students in special classrooms.
3) The evaluation of the model for successful and effective management in the Science Mathematics, and Technology Program (SMTP) with nine experts. Consisted of school administrators, educational supervisors, and teachers who were supervisors. Evaluate all 10 items were to be a suitability.
