The Study of the relationship between the leadership of school administrators and teachers' job satisfaction in the Phin Mala consortium network, under the secondary educational service area office Sa Kaeo
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the leadership of school administrators, 2) to study teachers' work happiness, and 3) to examine the relationship between school administrators' leadership and teachers' work happiness in Pin Mala Educational Consortium under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sa Kaeo. The sample consisted of 186 teachers in Pin Mala Educational Consortium during the 2024 academic year. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's table, and stratified random sampling was employed based on school size, followed by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The findings revealed that: 1) The leadership of school administrators in Pin Mala Educational Consortium under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sa Kaeo was at a high level both overall and in individual aspects. The aspect with the highest mean was stimulation ability, followed by power or influence utilization, relationship building, and motivation creation. 2) Teachers' work happiness in Pin Mala Educational Consortium was at a high level both overall and in individual aspects. The aspect with the highest mean was self-pride and satisfaction, followed by generosity, capability development, work autonomy, good environment, emotional control, good relationships, and recognition from others. 3) The relationship between school administrators' leadership and teachers' work happiness in Pin Mala Educational Consortium showed a high positive correlation at the .01 level of statistical significance. In descending order, the correlations were highest for relationship building, stimulation ability, power or influence utilization, and motivation creation.
