Abstract:
This research aimed to study and compare the creative leadership of school administrators under the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 classified by gender Education level work experience and the size of the school, the population used in the research is teachers, academic year 2024, number 327 people, the tools used It is divided into 2 parts as follows: Part 1: Questionnaire about the status of the respondents. Part 2: Questionnaire on creative leadership of educational administrators, with a discrimination power of each item between 0.42-0.79 and a reliability of 0.95 for the whole questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a ready-made computer program. Statistics used for analysis by finding the percentage, mean, Standard deviation, t-test and F test).
The research results found that
1. The overall creative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary
Education Area, Rayong Province, Area 1 is at the highest level (X = 4.69, S.D. = 0.269) When
considering each aspect, it was found that the inspiration aspect had the highest mean value (X = 4.76, S.D. = 0.318) followed by vision (X = 4.74, S.D. = 0.288) and the flexibility and adaptability aspect had the lowest mean value ( X = 4.59, S.D. = 0.279)
2. The results of the comparative analysis of creative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 classification by gender between males and females found that overall there were significant differences at the statistical level of .05 Categorized by educational level between bachelor's degree and master's degree, it was found that the results of the study were significantly different overall at a statistical level of .05. Classified by work experience, it was found that overall there were statistically significant differences at the .05 level. Classified by size of educational institution, it was found that overall there was no difference. When considering each aspect, it was found that the vision aspect classified by size of educational institution each aspect, it was found that the vision aspect classified by size was significantly different at the .05 level.
