Abstract:
A major advantage of Model-Based Design is the thorough verification of algorithms within a simulation. The same results are far more difficult to achieve via classical code testing approaches. However, when considering a target specific model for series code production, certain restrictions arise regarding the model architecture when employing the V&V toolchain. This paper discusses an approach overcoming these restrictions, resulting in a complete verification of the software specifications.
