Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study educational quality administration of basic schools, and 2) to compare the educational quality administration of basic schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by gender, education level, and work experience. The sample group was 313 teachers under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The instrument was a questionnaire on educational quality administration of basic schools. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, F test and comparison of pairwise means using Scheffe' Method.
The findings of study were as follows: 1) The educational quality administration of basic schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level in every aspect, as follows: organization characteristic, environmental characteristic, administration and practices, and personality, respectively. 2) Compare the educational quality administration of basic schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender, education level, and work experience in overall and each aspect were significant different at .05 level by government teachers with less than 5 years of work experience had higher educational quality administration in basic schools than government teachers with 5-10 years of working experience, 11-15 years, 16-20 years, and more than 20 years.
