Abstract: This study investigates the intricate relationship between management diversity and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, with a particular focus on how diversity dimensions such as gender, culture, and overseas experience impact ESG performance. Through an extensive literature review, empirical research, and theoretical. analysis, this study developed a comprehensive theoretical framework to elucidate how diversity at the management level shapes corporate ESG outcomes. Utilizing rigorous empirical analysis, this study uncovered significant findings that underscore the profound influence of management characteristics on corporate ESG practices. These insights not only enhance the understanding of diversity's role in ESG performance but also offer valuable directions for future research. This research provides novel perspectives for both corporate and academic discussions in the ESG domain.

Abstract: การศึกษานี้ตรวจสอบความสัมพันธ์ที่ซับซ้อนระหว่างความหลากหลายของการจัดการและแนวปฏิบัติด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และบรรษัทภิบาล (ESG) โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่วิธีการที่มิติความหลากหลาย เช่น เพศ วัฒนธรรม และประสบการณ์ในต่างประเทศ มีผลกระทบต่อผลการดำเนินงาน ESG ผ่านการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างกว้างขวาง การวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์ และการวิเคราะห์เชิงทฤษฎี การศึกษานี้ได้พัฒนาโครงร่างทฤษฎีที่ครอบคลุมเพื่ออธิบายว่าความหลากหลายในระดับการจัดการมี อิทธิพลต่อผลลัพธ์ ESG ขององค์กรอย่างไร ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงประจักษ์ที่เข้มงวด การศึกษานี้ได้ คันพบข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญซึ่งเน้นย้ำถึงอิทธิพลอย่างลึกซึ้งของลักษณะการจัดการต่อแนวปฏิบัติ ESG ขององค์กร ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเหล่านี้ไม่เพียงเพิ่มพูนความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของความหลากหลายในผล การดำเนินงาน ESG เท่านั้น แต่ยังเสนอแนวทางอันมีค่าสำหรับการวิจัยในอนาคตอีกด้วย การวิจัยนี้ นำเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ สำหรับการอภิปรายทั้งในด้านองค์กรและ วิชาการในขอบเขตของ ESG
