Abstract:
Objectives of this research paper were: 1. To study the level of administration according to the mission of Bang Toei Sub-District Municipality, Sam Khok District, Pathum Thani Province 2. To study the relationship between Iddhipada 4 Principle and the administration according to the mission of Bang Toei Sub-District Municipality, Sam Khok District, Pathum Thani Province 3. To study guidelines for Buddhadhamma application for promoting the administration according to the mission of Bang Toei Sub-District Municipality, Sam Khok District, Pathum Thani Province. The research methodology was the mixed methods. Namely the quantitative research using questionnaires and qualitative research using in-depth interviews to collect data from 9 key informants and analyzed data by descriptive interpretation of the content and context to support the quantitative data. The samples used in the research were 18 years old and older who were eligible to vote in Bang Toei Sub-district Municipality, Sam Khok District, Pathum Thani Province, sampled by a simple random method The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.
Findings were as follows:
1. The level of mission-based administration of Bang Toei Sub-district Municipality, Sam Khok District, Pathum Thani Province, by overall, was at very high ( x̄ = 4.20, S.D. = 0.50) and Iddhipada 4, by overall level was at very high( x̄ = 4.31, S.D. = 0.59)
2. The relationship between Iddhipada 4 and the mission-based-administration of Bang Toei Sub-district Municipality, Sam Khok District, Pathum Thani Province was found that Iddhipada 4 by overall and the mission-based administration of Bang Toei Sub-district Municipality, Sam Khok District, Pathum Thani Province,by overall, had a moderately positive relationship. 3. Establishing a local culture learning center in the community to support cultural activities, Promoting ecotourism and the extension of local wisdom as a cultural product to be used to further benefit both society and the economy.In term of Economic Development Create jobs for the community to step into 4G technology; Establishing a digital skills development center in the community. By organizing training on online marketing skills to improve high-speed internet networks and develop digital platforms to promote trade for collaborating with partners online In term of development of management that adheres to the principles of good governance, focusing on democracy and equality. A manual of ethics and good practices in serving the public has been prepared. The public should participate in determining the direction of development and monitoring the work of the government. In term of promoting tourism to honor local identity, identity tourism. To revitalize the community and local culture, see the way of traditional agriculture, such as building a cycling path, homestays, organizing annual local food festivals, developing OTOP products, creating added value, and using the tourism process to encourage young people to appreciate their own culture.
