Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to: 1) Study the level of Digital leadership of school administrators under Loei Nongbualamphu the secondary educational service 2) Study the level of innovative organization of school under Loei Nongbualamphu the secondary educational service 3) to study the relationship between digital leadership of school administrators and innovative organization of school under Loei Nongbualamphu the secondary educational service. 4) to study the digital leadership of school administrator affecting innovative organization of school under Loei Nongbualamphu the secondary educational service. Sampling group used in this research is educational institution administrators and teachers totaled 324 people, divided into 21 educational institution administrators and 303 teachers. This was obtained by determining the sample size using Krejcie and ราชา Morgan's tables, Stratified Random Sampling according to the position and size of the school. The tools included the questionnaires focused on school administrators' digital leadership, measuring its reliability at 0.923 and the innovative organization of school, with the reliability of 0.919. Data were analyzed using ready made computer programs. To find the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis using Stepwise for identify the level of significance the predictive power.
The research results were as follows:
1. Digital leadership of school administrators under Loei Nongbualamphu the secondary educational service all aspects were at a high level
2. innovative organization of school under Loei Nongbualamphu the secondary educational service all aspects were at a high level.
3. The relationship between digital leadership of school administrators and innovative organization of school under Loei Nongbualamphu the secondary educational service had a positive at the .01 level of significance with a high level of correlation 0.646.
4. The digital leadership of school administrators that is a predictor of innovative organization of school under Loei Nongbualamphu the secondary educational service has 4 aspects: the digital literacy (x4), the digital culture (x2), the digital professional (x) and the vision of digital leaders (x,), which has a regression coefficient or predictive power of 42.40% can be created as a prediction equation in the form of raw scores and standard scores according to the method Stepwise as follows,
